Walked through the door to what looked like a half finished location, Not the normal industrial / minimalist Chipotle look but truly a half finished store. With only 2 people ahead of me I assumed this would be quick, Dead wrong. After 10 minutes of watching the crew make item after item I realized that the people in front of me had not ordered yet. I noticed that the crew was busy filling online orders and ignoring the rapidly growing line in the store. I asked the person who I presumed was the manager if it was customary to prioritize the online orders over the in person line and she said it was and i quote "online orders get priority". Ok moving on.... 12 mins committed to the process and I was determined to stick it out. Finally my turn, I watched a very gun shy teen slop the dregs out of the bottom of the bowl of beans and rice onto my tortilla shell, Ok So not getting Chipotle at its best here but onward... The young lady then proceeds to try and scrape the bottom of an empty sour cream pan producing only frozen chunks which she plopped onto my burrito. Strike 2, but too hungry to protest. Then the final straw. The shredded lettuce was out empty so she carelessly threw a handful of salad lettuce onto my burrito and tried (and failed) to wrap it up. She in her credit called the manager over to help and the manager told her she used the wrong lettuce. Instead of correcting the issue the manager angrily re-wrapped my burrito knocking most of the lettuce out to accomplish this. I then informed her that that was not going to work for me and her response was " whats wrong, i got it wrapped" To that I requested a refund, left the store and headed to my new favorite burrito place for...
Read moreI’ve been here a handful of times because it’s the closest location to me, and each time gets more disappointing than the last. But today is my last straw with this place. I ordered two burritos, one for my brother and one for me. I came to the store by myself to take out, and the lazy woman puts both tortillas in the warmer at once, resulting in a hard dry tortilla. Then I take a bite when I get home. The hardest white rice, it felt like I was eating sand giblets. There was also such little sauce, it was straight up inedible. The last times I went here, I always get guac and chips and every single time, my chips were hard and stale or my guac is half brown. I don’t understand why this chipotle is the nastiest location and why it has to be the closest one to my house. If you think oh maybe it’s not that bad, it really is. Don’t even get me started on the service. It’s the same people with the same bad attitude like they’re forced at gun point to clock in everyday. They even argue and give each other attitude in front of the customers. I didn’t know it was possible to have such gross chipotle until moving back to Georgia and living next to this one. I will miss the chipotle near my college out of state in California. At least their food is edible. I had to throw away two burritos today, and guess what? Chipotle customer service online is an atrocious timely process. I waited 30 mins in chat, submitting every detail: time, store location, last 4 digits of my credit card, expiration???, just to salvage a measly refund for my tummy ache and wasted time. I am hungry and disgusted all at the same time. If you have the time to go to literally any other location in this vast state,...
Read moreThis might be long but worth it for the management. Stoped by tonight at 9:50 coming from the airport as per my daughter that frequents your location you’re open till 11. Staff is cleaning the kitchen and some employees are hanging out with friends coming out of the kitchen with full plates to hand out. The ones in the kitchen are a bit annoyed that we want food. They are out of guac and sour cream. I can’t understand how you’re out of sour cream on a Tuesday night other than they don’t want to open another container. My daughter really wants some guac and is been told that they only have some for the online orders but not much. The app is not working so she can place an order but the check out lady tells her they allow quesadilla orders in store as well. So she get back in line and tries ordering a quesadilla that get filed at the online bar where guac is available just so she can be told by the same young short man that the store doesn’t take any quesadilla orders past 10 pm. The time on the clock was 10:01 and we only tried the online order app because he did not allow the server to fulfill my in-store daughter order using the guac from the online bar to begin with. We left and let it go and we’ll be back in the store. However I don’t believe is reasonable that the employees should work this hard towards shutting down the store early so they can go home. It’s costing you money and leaves a bad taste with...
