McDonald's — Restaurant in Suwanee

Around 9:20-9:30pm on August 14, 2023, Three Hispanic ladies and a Hispanic male were working. I was DoorDashing and went inside to pick up my order and not one of the employees said a word to me for 10 MINUTES! I was the only one in the store at the time and was already on a time crunch due to DoorDash having a certain time to pickup and deliver meals. I left the store and went through the drive thru because they seemed to only care about the drive through even though they knew I was standing there waiting, because every single one of them looked at me. Anyways, I proceeded through the drive thru and told them I had a DoorDash pickup and she said I had to go inside to pick it up…I let her know that I was just standing in there and no body helped me or said a word to me and SHE IGNORED ME AND STARTED TAKING ANOTHER CUSTOMER’S ORDER AT THE OTHER SPEAKER!?!? I felt EXTREMELY DISRESPECTED!! This interaction made me disgusted and repulsed by this McDonald’s location because of the unprofessionalism and blatant disrespect! I proceeded to go back inside (mind you I’m already late picking up the customers order at this point) and the three Hispanic ladies are laughing at me and speaking in Spanish, knowing a little Spanish myself, they were calling me degrading names and laughing. I cannot tell you how IRATE I am about this entire experience!! PLEASE reconsider who you have working for your franchises because I will NEVER pickup, or eat from this location EVER AGAIN. I have never dealt with disrespectful employees too this degree before and am extremely saddened at the thought of them treating customers this nasty, with no repercussions…the lady that ignored me to begin with had a red shirt on, so I’m praying she does not manage this location because her attitude was TERRIBLE. I’ve never had to write a review like this, but due to the encounter I had tonight, I definitely felt called to write this review. AGAIN, reconsider your employees! I am extremely upset by my recent visit to this Mc Donald's. There are so many things that went wrong. Let's start with- they hand me 1 bag and when I don't drive they stare at me and I say your missing the kids meals. So I look in the bag and stick my hand in to see if I am missing food. It's not my bag so I hand it back. They take the bag and walk to the front register to hand it to another customer. Ummm no, my hand was in the bag it shouldn't go to someone else. So then they hand me the kids meals. They are missing fries so I tell them. I am still wait on my other food 2 meals. So finally they come with my other food. I tell them I am still waiting in drinks. No one seemed to knows what was going on. So slowly they get 1 drink hand it to me and a few mins later another. While I am waiting crewmembers are standing around talking and staking cups by the drive thru window. I finally get the last drink and I am still waiting on the fries for kids meals. So I remind them and ask for a manger. He comes over and I tell him this is a bit ridiculous tonight and he says someone just walked out so I am trying to make food. So you had someone walk out and people are standing around talking and stacking cups????? At the same time the drive thru person come with my fries and just hands them out the window, no bags & no gloves. Just hands them. No one apologized once. No ones says sorry we are backed up a little but are working on it. Nothing. The entire process took over 20 mins. So I spent almost $25 for half of my food to be cold cause they have been handing me my order in pieces. The could have at least handed all the food together and it all been hot. So no hot food, for sure health code violations, and not even...

I wish I could give negative stars. I went tonight to grab my kids some dinner. 8 dbl cheeseburgers, with ketchup and mustard. After waiting for about 15 mins, told to pull up so we could wait some more, we get the food and go home. Not one of the burgers was right. No cheese on any of them. At this point I'm irritated. I go back and inform them my order was wrong. Oh, you wanted cheese on those cheeseburgers? Well, I paid for it didn't I? So the "cooks", I use that term very likely, didn't start over. They take my now cold food and add cheese on it and try to say they remade them entirely. Which I know to be false because I watched them the entire time because I expected them to spit in my food, Why? Because they wouldn't stop looking at me, snickering and talking. At this time I was done, I wanted my money back and leave. I told the manager what her "cooks " had done and at first the head "cook" said he remade every one. When I continued to ask for my money back, in front of the manager he then admitted he didn't remake them, just added cheese. Yes, this is a place where we get a "cow on a bun", but if you want my money then the business should be run correctly. I'd rather go to the one on PIB, they've never been OPENLY RUDE AND...
