I asked my coworker to bring me back lunch because I was having problems with my back that day, After receiving my food probaly a 5 or less commute by car (they are right across from where I work) I called over and spoke with an Hispanic Manager in regards to my food being cold and old. She was adamant about me bringing the food back, everything I would say, her only response was to bring the food back, no apology, no conversation as far as what could be done, all I understood was to bring the food back. I told her that I would get up and disturb my lunch and ignore this pain to bring her back this cold no good food, but when I come she going to have to do more than refund me my money. Once I got there, this lady went through the bag inspecting the food as if I've eaten it. She then asked me what was the problem, mind you I kept telling her why I was dissatisfied when she kept saying. "bring me back my food:" I was livid at this point. She started speaking in her native language to all the other workers whom was also Hispanic. I don't have nothing against who works where, but I think it's rude as a manager to speak another language with an unhappy customer. I'm glad Apple is coming out with some translatable earbuds! Yall will be caught and law suits will take place. Never once did she say I'm sorry this happened, I'm sorry you had to break your lunch to bring back cold and stiff food...Never once did she acknowledge me as a customer who was not happy. Dear Mc donald Customer Service,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the repeated issues I have experienced with my orders at your location. This is now the fifth time I have ordered through the mobile app and received the wrong items. Today, I placed an order via the app, waited patiently, and upon reviewing my order, I noticed it was incorrect.
When I brought this to the staff's attention, I was treated rudely. The manager, who also happens to be Latina like me, not only refused to correct the order, but also treated me in an extremely disrespectful manner. The order included items that I did not request, and to make matters worse, the food was incredibly spicy, which I specifically did not ask for.
This was not the order I placed, and I am incredibly disappointed by the lack of empathy and poor customer service. It is unacceptable that I was charged for something I did not order and was then treated poorly when I tried to address the issue. The manager's attitude was unprofessional and offensive, and it’s clear that this location has a serious problem with how they handle customer service.
I hope this matter is addressed promptly, and I expect a response outlining how this issue will be rectified.

I leave the drive thru that has the one blue car that pulled up right as I did. There weren’t any customers inside and as I was driving out I saw a male Hispanic inside.
