Poor Management, Poor Service, Poor Attitude, Cheap with Food!
I visited this Subway Shop at 1160 Old Peachtree Road, Suwanee, GA, on a Friday recently and ordered a Sub Combo.
I waited for 4 minutes to be served even though no other customer was waiting for service.
After the first two minutes or so, I asked employee #1, who was sweeping the eating area, if I could please place my order and she replied with:
Someone will be out soon to assist you.
After about 2 more minutes, employee #1 stopped cleaning the floor and came behind the counter and asked for my order.
Employee #2 then came out and started sweeping the floor while employee #1 made my order.
I grabbed the chips I wanted and paid for the Sub Combo and walked out the door.
Then when I got home, I realized I was not given a cup to get the drink that comes with the Combo.
When I called back regarding the drink, employee #2 stated:
It is not our job to remind you nor give you the cup for your beverage; the cups are located on the counter and it is your responsibility to grab the cup and get your beverage.
I told the employee that at other Subway Shops they hand the cup to me and she replied with:
Each Subway does it their own way but the same way you grabbed your chips you should have grabbed your cup.
I stated I did not see the cups and she responded with:
They are in the front and just like you looked for the chips, you should have looked for the cups.
Additionally, when I got the sub home, all I saw was BREAD.
The next day, Saturday, I went to Publix on the same street and bought a REAL SUB.
It was so full of Meat and Toppings that all I saw was Meat and Toppings.

Old, haggard looking barn owl says their website does not do that. I had not even left with the sandwich nor was it eaten off of. I checked it before I left the parking lot. I had to show her that it did in fact fill out those items. She said I was suppose to remove them. I worked for subway for over 10 years as a manager. It's build your own sandwich. No sandwich has a regular way its made except for meat, sauce depending on which one and amount of meat, sauce, cheese. 4pieces of ham, two pieces of cheese. She gets on the phone calling people with the receipt starts hollering for us to leave her store which she must not be owner if she is having to call someone over a plain ham and cheese sandwich. I just finished 6 weeks of chemo and radiation treatments for stage 3c1 cervical cancer. She has me so upset we left Atlanta immediately and headed back home. I had to come in the store from the car because she had upset my daughter. She should not be in customer service. She should certainly not be working for subway. She has no knowledge of the website layout or how to handle customers. I am good friends and worked for Mikesh Sopriwala (Mike.) Who owns and operates all the Subways in Theodore, Alabama and Mobile. Read moreI was driving back from North Carolina and got hungry. My son and I stopped at this subway to get some food. It was about 7:40ish when we stopped. We walked in and was never greeted with a hello or hey how are you. I proceeded to order my son and I food. The young lady who made our sandwiches was sweet but seemed new. There was another girl who rang up my food. She was very disrespectful. I was speaking to my sister on FaceTime because she wanted to make sure I was ok doing the rest of my drive. I told her that I couldn’t wait until I got back on my side of town. The lady at the register finished ringing up my food and yelled “IS THAT IT?” I asked for my receipt and she slammed the receipt in my hand. I asked her if there was an issue. She then said “you were talking about me in front of my face by saying you couldn’t wait until you got back to your side.” I was taken away that she even said this out of her mouth to a CUSTOMER.
