Coffee is gr8 and the service is usually pretty quick even with a HIGH volume of customer traffic in the drive thru in the early morning.... my only qualm would be the issue of them opening on time in the mornings, I understand that people run late or they are short staffed but 3 days in a row (beginning Tuesday October 20th, wednesday October 21st and up until today Thursday October 22nd) the store lobby has opened anywhere from 10 to as long as 15 after the posted opening time.... this wouldnt be an issue but for my ordering ahead on my Dunkin App to pick up my order inside and cant go thru the drive thru due to my choosing to come inside the store instead of choosing the drive thru option because its normally a ghost town in the lobby just after opening time. Its normally faster to just walk in and right back out verses the 10-15 min wait for the drive thru line and each time I ended up waiting for more than 20 mins on 2 coffee drinks to be made and they ignore the mobile orders that print out and usually dont make them until after I've already ordered it 10 min b4 I got to the store and then had to wait to get inside just to find out they hadn't even began making my drinks yet... they are very rude about ignoring u when they see that I'm at the door waiting to come inside and just keep on doing what they were doing until they feel like letting me in... I hate to be harsh but I've worked in the fastfood and service industry and we were never allowed to open later than the posted time without punishment for being irresponsible or careless but when its 3 days in a row it's quite frustrating having to stand outside the doors until 515 when I order my coffee at 501 omw to the store which is on my drive to work in the mornings so I would reccomend that people go thru the drive thru unless u see a customer already inside the lobby because they dont unlock the doors until they feel like it at this location when the door says open 5am 6 of...
Read moreThis is a one-off review for a single drive-through experience. The server passed a cup of coffee to me without securing the lid fully. The cup collapsed as soon as I received it, and scalding coffee exploded throughout my vehicle. It filled the passenger seat, a quarter inch of both cup holders, and splashed the windshield, dashboard, and instrument cluster. The worst part was the burns on my hand! The server offered to remake the order but I was too flustered to do anything but get the remainder of the cup secured in the cup holder and drive off.
I was dressed for a meeting, but had time to get to my room and dry off my suit pants, change the shorts, and run my hand under cool water. Most of the pain was gone by mid afternoon, but there were red marks the rest of the day.
Two things I learned: Drive-through servers do not have time in a rush to think about checking the lids. The cups are designed with a double thickness of paper that goes so close to the top of the cup that the lid has to be precisely applied to secure it.
I'll visit again, but maybe not via...
Read moreThis is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin Donuts. We were traveling through and wanted to stop for coffee, so we stop and go inside. We stood there for a solid 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, and the dining room was empty so it wasn’t like they were busy. When someone finally got to us and we ordered, we had to repeat our order more than once because they couldn’t understand what we wanted. A simple 2 coffee, 2 croissant and 1 donut order. Once our order is taken, we receive our items and look before we leave and thankfully we did because they got our order completely wrong and when I went to go get it fixed, it was more of an inconvenience for the staff to fix what they messed up instead of chatting and not paying attention to customers. Once we got our correct order, the egg was horrible, the cheese was a cold slice of American and the croissant was soggy. I am aware this isn’t a 5 start restaurant but basic customer service and decent food it...
