McDonald's — Restaurant in Swansea

Had a horrible experience tonight with a worker named Tyler. I pulled in and ordered two happy meals at 8:05pm. I pulled up to the first window after not being directed where to go at all. At the second window labeled "Pick up one" there was a car. After 10 minutes of waiting and no one even giving an explanation for the wait, I called the restaurant. I spoke with a boy named Tyler who yelled at me to come to the second window and told me that I had been instructed to do so. I asked why no one had told anyone what was going on. I stated that I had been waiting 10 minutes and was told that he had just been back there (which he had not) I then said he had to be kidding and he swore at me telling me he didn't even have to serve me. (I did swear back) but he slammed the window and stated he was not serving me. I followed up with the review line. But, this is awful customer...

The server taking my order was good. The service after was terrible. The guy handing the food out was extremely rude, missed 2 fries, 2 burgers, 3 drinks, argued with me that it wasn't ordered after I showed him the Receipt looked at me and said This Ni*, Brought over 2 drinks and you good bro bounce, I said wait up kid still missing parts of kids meals and another drink. Multiple times, you can hear this disrespectful POS complain about his job that he clearly didn't know how to do! Would NOT RECOMMEND this McDonald's if you got kids, That Non working POS was lucky I had my children with me. Strong advice for McDonald's Fire punks like that. It's ruining your business! I will not go back there. Rather, give Homeless ppl money for the food they find, then give it to a multi-million dollar business who clearly don't care...

Ordered through the app just before midnight, drove up to pick up and nobody answered the speaker. Drove up to the window and there were people mopping, machines off and clearly closing. Told me that they never received the order and that I would have to return in the morning for a refund.

I don't live close by and coming back in the morning would be an excursion. The app says they're open until 1am. I only come to this location occasionally on my way home from work and this has never been an issue before.

The app also has no way of issuing a refund so now I have to spend my morning playing phone tag.

I used to work much closer to this location and had no issues during the day time. Went out of my way to come here after relocating because this was the "good McDonald's" -- very irritated with the franchise and app...
