I’ve only come to this Starbucks twice. The second time was because I wanted to give it another chance. Both times, I was not greeted and was probably standing there for about 2 minutes before either of the workers could pause from their conversation to notice me. Both times I ordered caramel ribbon crunch frappe and both times, they were made incorrectly. The second time, the barista didn’t even put caramel in it… and I requested extra whipped cream and instead of putting extra on top, the barista filled up almost half of the bottom of the cup with whipped cream… which just doesn’t make sense to me. I like the idea of a Starbucks inside target- it’s an easy on the go fuel-up so a good selling point. The atmosphere is clean and well kept and has adequate seating options. I just wish there was more attention paid to the quality of products I’m paying for. After ordering two drinks was told ingredients were not available to complete either. One was changed, and then the new drink was subsequently made incorrectly. The reviews about employees talking and carrying on conversations instead of making orders is incredibly accurate as well. Read moreI end there and got a new frappe (the midnight mint one) first of all the girl took so long trying to fimd the mix to make it then a guy comes and then he says he's never made it before so the girl let him take over and he says he wants to learn to make it and so a guy that never made the drink before and has no experience making that drink he takes 10 minutes making it so I was in there for 20 minutes and no one even apologized after that happened.
