This place is a joke. I have ordered Waffle fries from this frozen pizza place before because my kids like them. I called today and a young lady answered the phone. I places my order by saying I wanted (2) orders of (Waffle Fries). She responded back sorry you have to order a meal in order to get the Waffle fries. This kinda threw me through a loop because this is basic 1-0-1 for a pizza shop under starters French fries. She said I had to order a Dinner meal in order to get the waffle fries. I eventually gave in and I said I'll take the chicken finger meal with those gourmet waffle fries 🙄. Phone call ended and she called my phone back saying sorry I made a mistake you can only order the fries with this fish meal 🤣. Fokes you cant make this up. So I said cancel the meal. I went home check there menu and saw and stand correct waffle fries are under starters and can be ordered separate. I called the young lady back again advising her of our past conversation. I asked her again I cant order waffle fries separate and she said no, I already spoke to my manager about it. I told her I am looking at the menu now and have ordered them in the past. I asked to speak to her manager who is allegedly tell her this. She puts me on the phone with another kid named manager,Dakoda. I asked him all the same then he proceeded to lie for her saying she miss understood me saying I said a dinner meal. 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Fokes I cant make this stuff up. I proceeded to call him out I said waffles fries separate on numerous occasions first call and second call. She continued to say no you cant get waffle fries separate. I wouldn't eat at this place everyone. Very said there is no guidance with leaving juveniles run the shop and don't know the word separate. Shady place and won't be back

Owner since I cant reply to your comment with getting your last word in, but I'd gladly meet in person to discuss this. Communication was pretty self explanatory to her. I NEVER said anything about a dinner EVER! During both phone conversations and I simplified it to her in the phone second time. Trust me, this isn't the first time I had an issue with your place that's why I resulted to social media. Plus I caught your employee in a lie and you cover for them as an owner??. You really won me back over to get those waffle fries. I'll drive to chick fila instead....

While the food is good from here, they don't double check the orders before pick up or delivery. Often times we have items missing or orders made incorrectly. Typically when we call for correction, they'll fix it no problem. But, tonight, we ordered pick up and they forgot the side sauces. We called for correction, and they asked us to pick it up. I kindly asked for them to send it out on their next delivery - since we don't live far from there. I wanted to enjoy my meal hot, and was already settled in to watch the games that were on. When the driver delivered the sauces, he was polite, but when he left - he peeled out and sped down the road because we did not tip him. I've been in this industry for years working as a waitress, and quite honestly - you win some, you lose some. Don't make a scene because we don't tip you --- while it wasn't your fault, you were already heading out on a delivery anyway and we already paid the extra $ for the sauces. Rude and...

I use to love ordering from this place till today. ordered two slice of pizza, waffle fires and a fruit punch. one slice was a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and the other was a slice of sausage pizza with bacon. the slice were old! if it was made since 11 AM today and been sitting in the warmer also on top of that they just threw the topping i added on lightly on top so i can see their work of art of old and new. I called, A women picks up answering my question about my issue. State we don't make new slices unless we run out of it! giggle and said "it was like it not sitting all morning" in her words. I should taken her name down. this issue here just made me rethink my lunch orders on deliveries to my work. Ill inform all my coworkers from Calavo what type of customer service you get and food quality you'll receive from this...
