Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Sweetwater

I ordered on 10/23 at 8:57 pm, a medium Hawaiin pizza with pepperoni instead of ham on my app, I went to the store to pick it up and waited patiently in their lot until tracker says done. Well 25 mins later it never moved off QC check, so I called them and they said yeah u can come to the window, I get the pizza and it feels lighter than usual, so I just drive home a few miles away and open my pizza, and take a bite. There is NO PIZZA SAUCE, THERE IS ONLY ENOUGH CHEESE TO BARELY HOLD THE FOOD ON THE BREAD. The cheese usually will fall off a pizza as i bite it, not this pizza, the little cheese they put on melded with the dough. You couldn't peel it off if you tried. So I call and tell the shop, hey you didn't put sauce on my pizza and the lady seemed like I dare call and report this ... Whatever ! I say it again and she was well do you want to us to remake it, im like No im not driving back that way. So Im supposed to get a credit on my account for it next time. We will see if she added it to my account. Its not there yet , I checked . I wont be eating pizza from this domino's again. This was the saddest pizza I ever had and from Domino's . Saddest pizza ! Or Cheese bread with pepperoni and Pineapple. The pizza is so dry it sucked all the juice from the pineapple ! UPDATE: I CALLED DOMINOS FOR MY PIZZA AND SODA THEY PROMISED ME. I ordered another of the same pizza, and they said on the phone my name etc and to come pick it up , so I went when it was time to pick it up, and they had no pizza for me and said " what was the initials of the person that i called to complain too, I said I wasn't told that from her. They said we cant give you a free oizza , bla bla bla, I said its not free , yall screwed my pizza up last time, this is a replacement pizza, she says sorry. I went off on her. Why the hell didn't they contest this on the damn phone when I ordered this pizza which they owed me??? They wait for me to drive all the way there and then tell me Sorry !!! I was inhinged at that point and told them to close up shop and quit because none of them know what their doing when it comes to making a pizza or even running a pizza shop and I left ! I hope I burned up their dinger hose on...

UPDATE#### WELL I ordered a pizza on oct 20 @ 648 had to call & get it switched to delivery. After calling I was told maybe 30 mins or so well an hour later I checked tracker. My pizza was done at 712 and checked. I called the lady had no clue where my order was finally got Elizabeth(manager)on the phone but she put me on hold because she didnt know either. Then she came back and said it would be going out for delivery I asked her if it was cold because it was ready at 712 it's now going on 8. Guess she forgot about tracker. She says well we have 8 deliverys on screen and 2 drivers. so we will make your order fresh and give you a free twist on your NEXT order. Then told me that they would be out soon. I finally got our dinner after 830 on a school night for my kids. Lol opened everything up one pizza was wrong and the wings were cooked wrong when I called back and asked about talking to the owner Elizabeth informed me she made my order right and he has 3 other stores to run and had no clue when he would be in. I asked to be called and gave my number. Over 10 days and nothing. So to the owner you may want to work with this store because they are taking it down hill fast looking at other reviews. To Elizabeth if you have two drivers and so many deliverys coordinate with your drivers look at the addresses. Make a couple orders at a time when the driver leaves on delivery. Do not make everyone's pizza and leave it sitting there. Cold food and wrong orders sshould not happen. And for Pete's sake tell the customer when they call or call them.if its online that you are working towards getting orders out but running late. We customers understand but dont lie.

We have ordered from here twice and both times our pizzas were excellent. The second time hot sauce was left off called the manager expressed how sorry he was and unacceptable it was and made a new pizza and had it delivered even though we were carry out. We ordered $102.00 worth of pizza and bread and the guy, ( who had only been there 2 days), done the best he could being we had such a large order. The problem we had is we order 2 feta and spinach pizza's with extra spinach, tomatoesand black olives. Feta and spinach pizza's come with a white sauce and ours came with a tomatoes based sauce and no extra spinach but did have tomatoes and black olives. That is the only pizza my wife will eat. We called them and they said they would give us 2 pizza's free. They said they would put it under our name and phone number for the 2 free pizza's. We called 2 days later for the 2 pizza's and they said they had no record of it and there nothing they could do. We had them look again with another person there and received the same response. So we were lied to and stuck with 2 pizza's that were never eaten. They were dried out and the grandkids wouldn't eat them either. So until they make it right, we will not order from them again. We will go to little Ceasars pizza. Would have saved $60 or more for the same order minus the feta and spinach pizzas just 2 extra pizza's. Recommend you check your pizza's before the driver leaves.
