I bought food to go when I got home and started to eat i saw a long gray hair in the good I called and they told me no money back only credit I told her I would dispute I didn’t want credit I would never step foot in there again so she finally agreed to refund me . I drove over and nobody knew what I was talking about they said I had to come back the next day. I think it was the owners daughter super nasty and rude she walked away from me saying things. I just left and disputed the charge with my credit card. Will never step foot in that place again. I understand a hair on food is accidental but as a business you must take responsibility and no questions asked. I've been doing takeout for years probably more than 15 years. Not sure if these r new owners. But the food was horrible. I order 3 beef taco for my boss, the meat totally burned. Ordered to orders of round Costa das with been and cheese. The bean cold and hardly any cheese. I ordered two side of fried cheese it was slippery oily and cold as can be. Then I order a red juice for a friend that wanted one, a super large cup, and it was all mushy jell, like they didn't stir it up or put to much condiment. The bill was over $40 and we all hated it!!!

Orrible gallo pinto hecho con arroz precosido, antes no era así, pedí un refresco de maracuya y me dieron refresco de TAMPICO mezclado con lo que supuestamente era la fruta de maracuya, las tajadas todas quebradas y revuelvas con tajadas de bolsa de supermercado, porfavor a quien quieren engañar? la carne desmenuzada dura tieza, los maduros fritos son de caja o bolsa congelada y la mayoría de las veces la cara con que te reciben es así como de fastidio. Entiendo que los productos para elaborar la comida hallan subido de precio pero hagan su trabajo se les está pagando bien! Yo los deje de visitar cuando cambiaron el empaque de tamaño grande a super extra pequeño y ahora que regrese me di tremenda decepcionada gaste 53 dolare en 2 refresco grandes,, tres servicios completos y una supuesta tajadas puro cuechos todas quebradas,, seguro hay personas que dirán todo rico pero seguro cualquier comida la sienten deliciosa pero a un verdadero Nicaraguense fritanguero no le vas a meter un jon ron con su nueva política de mercadeo y reducción de costos y para terminar carismo y no me dieron el chilito picado para acompañar.
