Hardee’s — Restaurant in Sylva

The employee was definitely polite and apologetic. But politeness doesn't make up for disgusting cold food that took 20 mins to get to me. First of all they didn't give me a receipt which I realized once I pulled off. They also didn't give me my drink so I had to park my car and go inside. The attendant apologized multiple times and told me my food would be out shortly but that wasn't the case. I also noticed she and another person kept going to the other person's car that was parked on the side of the restaurant. I dont care about that as long as I get my food in a timely manner. But the fact that I didn't get my drink, didn't get a receipt and it took 20 minutes to get my food tells me they were in a rush to get to their car so as a result they made multiple mistakes. Now the reason I've gone through the effort to make this formal complaint is because this is the third time I've had to wait well past ten minutes in the drive thru and inside the restaurant. But this time will be the last time. I will never support your restaurant ever again and I will discourage as many people away from your establishment as much as I can. That was a sad excuse for a chicken sandwich. Consider a restaurant like Chic Fil A and then look at this place. Hardees is a joke and I hope this location goes out of business so that it can be replaced with any other restaurant. What a waste of space. Get it...

This restaurant lost my business tonight. Apparently one of the workers didn't have a baby sitter and whoever let the child run wild in the dining room with no shoes. She was aggravating the customers, including us, we had to ask her not to bother us while we eating. She sat in floor by our table making weird noises and talking to herself and running up to our table and talking. She had the little red number markers on the floor playing with them. She dropped her toys on the floor and dice went everywhere and asked us to help her pick them up.Then She went behind counter without shoes. Then she proceded to climb up on counter where the ketchup was, with her dirty feet. She botheres some other men so much before we walked in that they told us good luck when they left. Now I understand things happen and sometimes you need to bring your child to work. However, you need to make the child behave and not bother the customers. The parent never said anything to her. Actually, none of the workers did.when we got ready to leave, she tried to block us from going out. She said we couldn't leave without saying goodbye. This is poor management and a health hazard. I went there on the 1st and i ordered the chicken BLT and my wife ordered the Frisco burger I took it to my car and looked at it and it was a peice of chicken with pickles on a bun I went back in for them to fix it she said ok we'll make you another 1 and she brought me a box with a peice of bacon lettuce and a slice of tomato in it I took it back in and asked her what was up with this and they were very rude cussing at me and my wife bc they refused to make another 1. When we then explained that my BLT had nothing besides pickles and mayonnaise. AFTER I specifically stated absolutely no pickles while i was ordering. Then the manager- aka rude cashier replied "no, it only comes with bacon, lettuce and tomato." And so my sandwich was completely cold by this point. She said it wasn't their fault that my sandwich was cold and we didnt eat it while it was warm, and they gave us the bacon lettuce and tomato to add to my chicken patty and bun" (soiled with pickle juice btw) And at this point I was kinda in shock at how ignorant some people working in a public setting can be, and we was over it.
