Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Sylva

The Sylva location of Zaxby's is a joke. Don't go if you actually expect fast service. My fiance and I like to get salads from here for lunch every once in a while and it doesn't matter what time of day or how many people are in front of you, you are guaranteed to waste close to 30 minutes or more trying to get through the drive thru. Today I got there at 1:50pm and there were 2 cars in front of me in the line. One was sitting at the order menu and I heard the employee on the speaker ask them to wait a moment. After sitting there for 10 minutes, the car in front of me left. After 15 minutes, the car at the menu was finally able to order and I pulled up and was also asked to wait a moment. I sat there for another 10 minutes and finally gave up. That is the longest I have ever waited with such a short line and I only waited that long because the line was so short I did not imagine it would take that long. I also heard a lot of loud voices coming from the back of the store and thought it sounded like possible arguing or something and after waiting that long I decided the food probably wouldn't be worth eating anyway. No other fast food places take as long as Zaxby's does. I understand a lot of places are short handed and I try to be understanding and patient but that was just ridiculous today. Went to the drive through this evening for a single combo meal. After 7 minutes of sitting at the speaker with no response from the employees or to saying "hello" I pulled to the window. Had to wait forever for the car I front of me to get his food. After the truck Inc or t got his food the guy in the window just went back to taking orders on the drive through. After waving he came to the window and I explained that we had waited without any response and needed to place an order. His response was "okay" i placed my order slow and after 11 minutes of waiting it came out not how i ordered it. I sent the food back in and then I had to walk inside to even get it! I got no silverware or the sauces and then was treated with attitude by the "manager" on duty. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in a drive through. Just don't go here. We came and their drive thru was down and they said to place mobile orders. We did and waited about 15 minutes when the line started back up. We got in line and sat for an additional 15 minutes during which time we tried to call the store to cancel our order. An employee said they would get their manager and when I spoke to her she very quickly got upset and harsh. I explained how long we had waited and asked if she could refund my order. She said that there is no way I had been waiting that long and that I needed to cancel it online. I tried to explain that online it says to call the store an she said I was wrong and pointed out that an elderly woman had just earlier been able to figure it out.
