Dunkin' — Restaurant in Sylvania

2/9 - The past 2 times I've ordered through Doordash this Dunkin has forgotten items. The other day I ordered 8 donuts, they sent 6. Today I ordered 7 donuts, they sent 6. And not even the correct ones. Yes 6 fit in the half dozen box, that doesn't mean shortchange me, that means put the others in a bag, not that difficult.

2/13 - They attempted again today to only give the driver 6 donuts instead of the 8 I ordered, and no offer of a refund for the missing donuts. They just weren't gonna say anything. I'm not someone that will just go somewhere else, I'll keep ordering and forcing them to do what they're supposed to lol quit trying to...

I was not a Dunkin' fan for many years. Not sure if products very by locations but something was different at this store. Dunkin' is my new favorite and I'm pretty picky about hot coffee. I was shocked but it's better then Tim and Starbucks and offers more options in my opinion. I like when I go early in the morning I see the owner working side by side with his crew because It makes me believe everything always has a personal touch from when I walk in to when I walk out. This Dunkin is always hit or miss. It's either great or not so great. Sometimes you get great customer service, sometimes you can't even get an order out without the worker constantly cutting you off and asking, "is that all?" Sometimes you get great coffee, sometimes it isn't made correctly. They often say their grill is down as well and you can't order food. It is a clean facility and recently remodeled. Some workers are super sweet, some not so much. Just kind of wish it was more consistent...
