My aunt, daughter and myself had a very poor first time experience where a lot of missed opportunities could have been easily fixed. Our initial waitress was great and took our drink order, no issue there. When she came back to take our food order, she explained to us that Morgan would taking over for her in a few minutes but wanted to get our meal order in. No issue there. Our food came, no appetizer that we had ordered. We realized we had zero silverware and zero napkins given to us. We asked a waitress walking by if she could bring us napkins and silverware. This request took 10 minutes because this waitress was looking for knives which you were completely out of -her words, not mine. My aunt ordered a 1/4 cheeseburger medium rare with cheddar cheese and mayo. It was cooked well done and thinner than a McDonald's 1/4 lb burger, it also had zero mayo on it. The basket contained lettuce, pickle and tomato on the side, which your restaurant wasted because she didn't order it with that. My daughter ordered curly fries and she got tater tots. When we realized these errors, my aunt tried waving for a hostess to get Morgan for us. The hostess was facing our direction but was watching the TV right above us and didn't look down. My aunt got up from her seat and went to the hostess stand and asked for Morgan. We explained to Morgan these errors. We were given one apology but several excuses. My aunt was offered for her burger to be redone but she was so frustrated by that point she declined. My aunt had to ask for mayo twice during this experience. We finally received our appetizer and ate our meal, Morgan never checked in on us. When she did come back and ask if we needed any boxes, I requested one and my aunt requested the check. Morgan brought the check and walked away. My aunt looked at it and it was the wrong check! She brought us a check with 2 orders of 10 piece wings. HOW DO YOU BRING THE WRONG CHECK WHEN NO ONE CLEARLY ORDERED WINGS. We had enough. Stopped another staff member walking by, and requested Morgan again. Showed Morgan that this wasn't our check, we did not order wings. She even looked over our table to confirm, said "Oh, well that was the check they said was yours. I'll have to make up a new check for you." Another excuse with no apology for any of the mistakes, no "I didn't charge you for your burger because it was incorrect." Excellent experience. On Friday night the 24th of March there were 10 of us that walked in at 9:00. We had previously had a business meeting and I thought this could be a nightmare with this large of a group prime Time on a Friday night. We were promptly unseated immediately. The food was excellent and all 10 of us give very favorable recommendations. The atmosphere was extremely enthusiastic and energetic. What I have related here so far could be an experience that almost any establishment but what set this apart more than any other restaurant in recent memory was our server Cassidy. Her timing was impeccable and unfortunately we were all separate checks. No sweat for her. She was cheerful and she made recommendations. She thought of things before we did ourselves. She anticipated when we needed another utensil and not only to go boxes but how many as well as she offer bags and put the boxes in. You never had to wait on a refill for a drink as she and totally knew right when to quench your thirst. I would say she was grace under pressure but the reason I will not say that is because for her this was not pressure at all. Been here twice. 1st time- Great! Loved the Rooster salad and house dressing. Nacho's with chili I recommend, don't forget to add salsa and sour cream. The White Garlic Chicken pizza was also very good. Potato Wedges taste like they are from Gordon foods but they are good. The 2nd time I got 2 tenders and ofcourse another Rooster salad (if you like honey French, you will love thier dressing). Also tried the chicken tenders. Chicken tenders were good and juicy while hot, got dry after sitting. The mild sauce has a nice mild heat, not very spicy which is good but it taste like it's made with Kraft macaroni and cheese powder. Not sure what's in it but if someone said powdered milk I wouldn't be surprised. Biggest suggestion to the cooks- please drain the bacon. The grease was so thick on the bacon it looked like icing. I had to take it off and microwave it to melt the grease and the excess soaked 2 napkins and a paper towel. It wasn't like that the first time so I want to think it was a minor attention to detail mistake. I also didn't get my ranch with my take out order but again no biggie, just a little more attention to detail. Staff is nice and had a good experience inside.
