I ordered through the mobile order and while on my way to pick up decided to add a few things when I got to the restaurant. When I arrived no one spoke to me for about 3-5 minutes... That doesn't seem a lot except at fast food. When I was approached I was told that I needed to go outside to the drive thru since the cash register is broken. Asked that since I was already here could I add an order through the drive thru and wait till it came through was told no... During this time I was very understanding even though I had been ignored... They could see me standing at the register just didn't engage at all no hi.. hold on a minute.. not even a smile.... Then I tried to get frostys with my free tag was told no I needed to order... Which is what i was trying to do.... After this I said I'll just take my mobile order and go then one of workers said.... That's not yours you door dash and I told her no it's a mobile order had my initials... She began arguing with me saying it was door dashes... Then kept saying things as she walked away.... I asked what was it she was saying no one would comment then another worker came over and asked me if the order that I was holding read mine. I again started yes and told him what I had ordered.. then he goes you could have just read the receipt. This is when i really started to get upse. They were basically accusing me of stealing. Instead of saving time I wasted time and was accused of stealing... I get on here to share my experience and find multiple instances of rude customer service. Read moreAbsolutely the worst Wendy's experience of my life! Avoid this location at all costs if possible! The location seems a bit convenient but through experience it was awful.
Starting off with the bathrooms, the male bathroom was disgusting. They just mopped the floor when I went inside and the toilet was gross and filthy. Why mop before the toilet is cleaned...? I don't know but it makes me assume they do not clean the toilet often or at all really.
The woman working the drive through taking our order was a bit rude and very obviously hated her job and her time there. Our food was put together very sloppy and I actually had to re construct my chicken sandwich. Not only that, but it was very obvious that someone physically squished my sandwich down to flatten it out because the bub was in horrible shape and just practically destroyed. The baconator my wife got came with no bacon.... How is that even possible?!?!
Overall, I still trust Wendy's as a whole, just not this location and I will literally never come here again and hope all of you take the time to see this to avoid your horrific...
Read moreWent in today around 7pm. Im the only one in line. No customers are inside the restaurant. I asked for my two orders fresh. I pulled up and waited. They brung my food right out and my food was not fresh. I went inside and ask them to make it fresh or give me my money back. So they remade it!!! Took about 6 mins and handed me food back which only thing that was fresh was the fries! Chicken sandywas still same one from previous and other two sandwiches were not fresh nor was the nuggets. Some of the nuggets in one box looked like they were bitten off ofve. Now God dont like ugly if child catches anything this restaurant will be in hot water with me and my attorneys. Employees need to get in check! This restaurant is very predjudice to me after today!!!! I will never order from here again! As a paying customer the customer Should have gotten their food how they wanted it. Regardless if you felt like re making it or not! Thats your job! If its not for you, then find another profession.
