MY BURGER WAS PINK BECAUSE I REFUNDED A DRINK
A Waitress named Savana was lazy and racist, she kept serving the Mexican family right in back of me while not even giving us napkins. She also kept talking to what I believe to be her boyfriend (the bartender) instead of tending to customers.
I asked another lady for napkins (the standard is a cloth roll with silverware) and she gave a party of 3 eating buffalo wings 4 Mc'Donald size to go napkins.
I ordered an old fashion and it was made wrong by some young sussy looking kid (described becasue I forgot his name) with an long earing and a bowl cut. I went to the counter to return it and the kid began arguing with me about how an old fashion is made. I described how it was made and I asked for something else. II even asked him to make a drink he knew how to make to make it easy but, he refused and told me to pick any drink. I picked a Spicy Margarita and as I was trying to give him a tip he told me to go to my seat the waitress take care of that.
Aftewards I noticed the bar tender and Savana, my waitress, talking negatively about me (I can tell from the faces they were making) becasue I sent back my watered down bourban with light sugar and an icecube (no orange peel, no bitters, (kid doensn't know what he's doing)).
Next my waitress walks pass me to the Mexican family in back of me 3 times never asking us if we needed anything. A person in my party had to stop her and ask for napkins. She gave them to us and as I said thank you she gave me a dirty look.
Savana finally came with my drink and it looked nothing like the picture, it didn't even have the spices around the rim. I left my drink on the table.
Shortly after Savana came to refill waters and I told her that I wouldn't be drinking the drink, She refilled the other two party members waters and left mine almost empty and walked away with my drink.
She immediatly went to the bar tender and and started complaining and making faces while looking at me.
Savana walked by a few more times to the Mexican family in back of me to check on them and servaral people around me.
Savana finally brung our food to us. Everyone elses food was okay by my burger was pink inside, I ordred the same thing as another member of my party but, mine happen to be pink.
At this poin I asked for the manager and explained the whole situation to him. He said he would cover my bill, then started to back pedal as the conversation went on, sayin he's new and couldn't cover the drinks I sent back, then he tried to make me pay for more and more until I told him that I didn't get to eat and was treated rudely the whole time. I'm unsure why me not liking my drinks was any of the waitresses concerns, she was still going to get a sizable tip if she did her job. I'm guessing that she was salty because the drink wasn't going to go on the tab but, mostly becasue she was trying to defend her boyfriends bad bartending.
The place was great 1 out of the 4 times I've been there, okay the third time and horrible the 4th. If this new manager doesn't get rid of the dead weight the reviews will plumet.
P.S. The bartender manipulated a patron of his to curse me out randomly while I was waiting to speak to a manager. Some old Steve Carell reject at the bar had a few too many and thought he was being a hero. Too cheap to even eat, just drinking at the bar by himself harassing customers. The bar tender defended him after he did it. Shameful.

Read moreMy family and I came in for dinner tonight. Our waiter was very nice, friendly. He took our order (hand written on paper, due to his tablet giving him trouble) After over an hour of waiting, we had not even been served our beverages. Meanwhile, several other tables whom came in well after us, had received their drinks and food by other servers. it wasn’t even busy in the restaurant. My kids were getting very anxious and hungry at this point. I asked a staff member to speak the manager, as I assumed it was likely that our order had never been put in (mistakes happen). The the manager Rebecca approaches our table, with no friendly greeting, no sign of concern or care; for how long we had been waiting. Instead, Rebecca proceeds to tell me and my family that we had only been waiting for 15 to 20 minutes, That we couldn’t have been waiting over an hour; because she can see when the ticket was put in! Funny story, it had most definitely been over and hour! My son was making a snap chat on my phone as the server was completing our tables order and walking away to put the order in, so I know EXACTLY when my order was placed! I literally have a time stamp of the exact moment he took our orders! Imagine that! The manager, Rebecca, was not friendly, she was defensive and came across as rude. I’m sure the order ticket did say that our order had only been placed 15 minutes prior, because he FORGOT to put our order in!!!!! It wasn’t until he finally noticed us still waiting and had the “oh shit” look on his face and ran back to put the order in. Again, Im sure he was busy, Im sure it was a simple mistake, I know writing it on paper rather than using the tablet is what likely caused the mix up. The waiting was obviously pretty inconvenient… but that was not my biggest issue tonight. My issue is with the manager, Rebecca. The way she spoke to me, her tone, and her lack of care, that is my issue with tonights visit. It was 1 hour and 30 minutes later that we finally received our food! The manager never offered her apologies, or showed any concern for us, or acknowledged that we waited over an hour and a half to get our dinner. We weren’t looking for a free hand out, or a discount…we simply wanted to the manager to acknowledge what was going on. This was our first visit to the Tacoma location. It will definitely...
Read morethis place is expensive for what it is-- entrees around $20-$30-- yet a ton of our stuff wasn't even given to us and all the food was remarkably mediocre and bland. nothing tasted fresh or like it'd been seasoned, even just with salt or pepper.
my family got a jumbo combo with pizza, pasta, and salad.... yet we literally didn't even receive a pizza. pizza is the entire reason we even chose to order from this place, yet they didn't send us our pizza. an ENTIRE pizza is an INSANE thing to be missing from an order.
chicken alfredo was worse than microwaveable frozen alfredo. not kidding. it was obviously old, plus dry and completely flavorless.
the "garlic parmesan knots" are breadsticks that don't taste like anything. they were worse than those boxes of breadsticks you can get from the frozen section. and they didn't even give us the marinara that's supposed to come with them.
bacon jam wings didn't even have their sauce on them, and we also weren't given the ranch that's supposed to come with them. oh, and there was a hair in the box.
fried chicken sandwich was wholly unremarkable. chicken cutlet wasn't even as crispy, moist or flavorful as one from burger king. it's advertised as coming with coleslaw but ONCE AGAIN, we weren't given any.
fries are on the low side of decent. they're fine but you can easily get fries a hundred times more delicious from restaurants less than half as expensive.
shrimp jambalaya was a whopping $30. my brother's girlfriend ordered it only for the portion to be incredibly tiny, and it looked absolutely nothing like it's advertised as looking like. she said it was just "okay."
my father and brother described the ribs and sliders as also just "okay."
fried mac and cheese balls had a nice texture-- crispy but soft and moist inside-- but once again, no flavor.
in short, this place is a scam. across a group of five people, not one person was impressed by even a single thing. never eating here again. my brother spent a ton of money on such a terrible order and couldn't even get a refund.
i just want to warn people not to waste their time or money. they're hustling people by charging this much money for food this bad, especially with the ridiculous amount of stuff that they might just not even give you.
you guys seriously need to re-train your staff and rework...
