I come up from Lacey, Washington so I don't get here as much as I used to when I worked more in Tacoma. I used to always buy a coffee when I got my trucks/car washed at your location. Now I go just to get coffee and "snacks" when I'm in town. I would like to share with you that I buy the coffee for my Tacoma office staff, and they not only do they thank me, but have stated, "this is the best coffee you've ever brought us". Your staff is great and should be praised,, because I am often a "difficult customer" and many times I do not know what to buy. No matter what's been picked, especially with help from the staff, It has always been a hit at the office.

Read moreAt first the baristas were very personable and made a good coffee...the past 4 times I went they have new faces and don't hear what some people order and won't remember next time...they carry on their own conversations...unless a certain person is there then they fake it like they care...today my coffee was given to me with the lid n o t attached...spilled all over me and my car so I dropped it out my door and left...it had been spiratic my visits but now won't go back...not that they care...whats one customer when they are happy with...

The company clearly prioritizes squeezing more money out of customers over creating a good coffee experience. Between the punch card system that barely rewards you, surprise upcharges, and consistently inflated prices, it feels like the higher-ups don’t care about customers at all—just the bottom line.
