TSM Shop Review: Disappointing Experience with T-Shirt Printing
I recently had an unfortunate experience with TSM Shop, specifically regarding their T-shirt print screening services. From the initial communication to the final product, the entire process was riddled with unprofessionalism and disappointment.
Firstly, the owner, Willie, displayed a severe lack of customer service and responsiveness. Despite having posted hours, he was frequently not available in his shop when we tried to collect our order. Emails sent to him were met with either no response or short, unclear replies devoid of any professional signature. When he did respond, there was a distinct lack of clarity and detail in his communication, which only added to our frustration.
When we addressed the issue of his unavailability, Willie denied it outright, claiming he was always present and had no knowledge of my husband’s multiple visits. This denial, rather than addressing our concerns, felt dismissive and highly unprofessional.
Regarding the T-shirts, we provided our own shirts and specific instructions for the logos. Unfortunately, the final product was far from what we expected. The logos were shrunk to the point of being barely visible. When we inquired about this, we were told that having the logos at a readable size would incur an additional cost, a detail that was not communicated upfront.
The shop itself did not inspire confidence either. From the window, it was apparent that the space was very unorganized, with boxes and items scattered haphazardly. This lack of organization in the physical space mirrored the chaotic nature of the overall service we received.
In conclusion, I was extremely disappointed with the outcome and the service provided by TSM Shop. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unsatisfactory final product have ensured that I will not be returning. They had an “Hours of Operation” sign which had conflicting hours from their website. I reached out again via email to confirm when they’re open and again, conflicting hours from their site and the sign at their door. I came by before work and as I walked up, an employee was headed out to take his kids to school. He told me I could email to which I said I did and was told to come by anytime. He said someone would be back at 9. I know I am one person and me not going to them won’t affect their business. I don’t know if I was treated differently because I was only getting one thing opposed to a big order but this communication and lack of business ethic will eventually catch up. Read moreI was looking for a very last minute shirt for an out of town trip. Due to my lack of planning I definitely wasn’t expecting much and would have very much understand being turned away. Instead, the shop owner (name is escaping me) sat my kiddo down and talked with them to create a one of a kind shirt for their 9th birthday.
Never once did we feel that like an inconvenience. He was more than happy to interact with my kiddo and listen to their wants. It was a one of a kind shirt developed right in front of our eyes, and a memory created forever.
