Listen here, I don't know why on God's green Earth you think it's acceptable to do business like this but I'm absolutely fuming right now. Last week, Friday the 9th, I took time out of my day to go online and order a lovely bouquet from your establishment, Williams Flower, even though I had other options in mind. However, being the gracious customer I am, I decided to go through with ordering the "Lavender Splender" that you had available at the time. What a mistake that turned out to be.
So Saturday comes around, I wake up, and what do I see? An email from you folks stating that the Lavender Splender was out of stock, but don't worry, you'll do me the favor and upgrade my order for free. Great, right? Not so fast. I rang your customer service immediately to make sure my delivery would arrive that same day, because guess what? I was counting on that bouquet for Motherās Day! But as you know, the day went on, and no flowers. At 4PM, you had the audacity to send me pictures of the bouquet, only to follow up with an email that it wouldn't be delivered that day. I was told, however, they'd be there bright and early Monday... Wonderful! Really saved the day there!
The whole point of this order was to have a beautiful floral piece for Mother's Day NOT some afterthought on Monday. To make matters worse, attached to the belated bouquet was a card that read "Happy Mother's Day". What a slap in the face!
But the fun doesn't stop there! Once the flowers came that evening, and they were brought out, the petals were practically raining from the bouquet. Those flowers were as far from fresh as you can get. To add insult to injury, upon inspection of your provided pictures, it was clear those flowers were withering and practically half-eaten.
I can't express how bitterly disappointed I am with this experience. I paid premium prices for something I couldāve got at Safeway for a fraction of the cost. I feel utterly ripped off. You've not only ruined a special occasion but caused unfathomable frustration and disappointment in the process. A full refund does not even begin to cover the botch job that you've made of this. But guess what,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am so very disappointed. This arrangement was 80 dollars and for a funeral. I specifically asked for a bright and cheery arrangement with no lilies. I specifically told the lady this morning that we were on the other side of the state. I don't know their area. I was charged a 35 dollar delivery fee for a rush since the service is tomorrow and that was ON TOP of the regular delivery fee. So I paid about 55 dollars for delivery. They send me a pic of the arrangement at 530 pm, and it's skimpy and full of lilies. Doesn't look bright and cheery to me. I'm sad. This is for my best friend and his family. The lady on the phone didn't bother to tell me that their 1-800 number connected me to Tacoma, 45 minutes from the delivery site. The one I was expecting to be connected to was the one 4 miles from the church in Shoreline. I felt like the communication was kind of compassionless and definitely not customer service oriented. I got off the phone feeling as satisfied as if I ordered a pizza. I'm just plain sad. I never did get my email invoice or I would have known there was a problem way before 530 pm the night before the service. When the florist sent the photo of the arrangement it comes with a text that says call us right away to make changes. I called and the lady sounded offended that I didn't like the lilies. I told her I asked for no lilies this morning and she just read the invoice back to me that had no mention of excluding the lilies... But again, I never got an invoice to my mailbox or I could have...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered an arrangement as a surprise for my sister, who lives in a different town than I do, so I had no way to know when or if it had been delivered. On the website, it is stated that all deliveries will end around 6:30pm, so I had expected this arrangement to arrive at 6:30-7:00pm at the latest. By 9:00pm the arrangement had not been delivered but a delivery driver had found her house and offered her an incorrect arrangement, that she refused (by this point I had sent her photos of the confirmation email containing a photo of the arrangement I actually paid for). This morning she was notified that the correct arrangement had been delivered some time in the night (after 10pm) and was left outside until the morning. The floral work is gorgeous and receiving a photo of the arrangement before it was sent was incredibly helpful, but I canāt excuse the lack of communication and time management when it comes to a service that it...
