Hello to all that this email reaches. I would to address my families experience and the absolute terrible customer service we recived when bringing our pizza that had pockets of active moving larva. We order frequently from store# 7024 and on July 27th 2018 We ordered a med, 2 topping pizza. A few of us had a slice and a few hours later my daughter heated one up. To her curiosity she saw what looked like parmesan clumps on the pepperoni so she ate it. When she went to heat up another peice she noticed there were several of these cheese like pockets. So she came to my husband and I and asked us to look. It was late so with a flashlight we looked and what we saw looked like larva. I didnt want to jump to conclusions so I suggested us to wrap it up and look in the morning. To our surprise, there were magots moving in the pizza. I called the store and told the manager Nicole and she asked to bring it in. After taking a video of the pizza I did just that. I came with my two daughters with a wrapped up pizza and asked her, "Where would you like to do this?" She said, "Right here!" And pointed to the front counter. In my amazement that she knew I had live larva she was willing to contaminate the front counter where customers put thier order in, I opened the box. I pointed out that what we thought was cheese was pockets of larva and some were alive and moving. I asked her..."Do you to see that? They are moving.." She replied, "Yes! We keep everything clean and I'll need to send a slice for analysis. I told her my daughter ate 2 slices before noticing she was eating larva and I and my husbamd did also. She did not apologize, she did not offer anything, she did not even take my name and number. After staring at her and understanding that she was not going to do anything. I asked her..."Are you going to take my name? Are you going to compensate me for us eating larva on our pizza?" Mind you we ordered there the night before and we saw the same stuff on the sausage but we didn't think nothing of it. So here we are 2 days of ingesting larva. She says, "Oh!" She got a piece of paper out and wrote my number down and wrote, 1med 2 topping pizza w/ 2 marinara cups at any store. Never once did she take my information for follow up, never once she even apologized. She gave me a piece of scratch paper and told me to take to any store for a free pizza. My 14 yr old ate a pizza with larva on it as did me and my husband. As you can imagine my disgust and absolute disappointment in a multi billion dollar chains manager would negate the seriousness of a customer eating larva and when bringin it in you have me show you on the very counter you take orders on. I am so furious at the mere fact she treated me like I was nothing and the concerns of my families health, the communities health even mattered. I have contacted a lawyer, BBB, Yelp, Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, all of my local news stations, King 5 -Ask Jessie, how dare Nicole offer me a 1 Med Pizza for my family ingesting larva. We will be making appointment monday for health checks to make sure we dont have any parasites. Shame on your company. I ask you this? What are you going to...
Read moreMe and my kids order pizza every weekend and this weekend was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering food from anywhere. I placed an order at 530. After an hour had passed, the status on my order hadn’t changed so I called the location. I spoke with one person who told me to hold and the second person requested my information, then replied that they “don’t have my order, you should try the other location”. I said thank you, hung up, and called every other dominos in Tacoma with no avail. After two hours of waiting for my dinner to show up, I ordered from a different restaurant. Shortly after ordering, a domino’s car pulls up and drops the pizza off at my house. More than 2 hours after ordering I grab the receipt and find out that the first number I called was the correct one. So I call back and talk to a very nice young lady that listened and was empathetic, but told me she couldn’t help me and that I needed to speak to the “manager manager”. She put me on hold and after a moment another young lady answered the phone. She seemed to not understand the amount of time I had waited, or the problems I had tracking my pizza, or the fact that I had to order a whole second meal because I thought the first order wasn’t showing up. She wasn’t very professional about it, offering a free pizza when I already had paid for two? I told her I needed a refund. She claimed I was being rude and wasn’t going to help me and hung up. I wasn’t asking for anything free, my family won’t eat two orders let alone a third pizza?! I wanted to get paid back for the time and extra money I had to spend for a second meal. Instead you’ll lose business.
My family spent hundreds of dollars a month on dominos pizza and now we won’t be eating...
Read moreSo below is the issue I had with this store. My family constantly has issues with this store only. I was finally contacted by the general manager looking to fix it. i told her what happened and she couldn't believe it. She has been there for 3 or 4 weeks and is attempting to retrain employees. She said when she first walked in that it was a disaster. She apologized to us, fixed the issue, and said if there was any more issues to contact her directly so she can retrain and fix the issue. Bravo. If you have any issues at this store ask for Brandy.
Ordered pizza. Apparently one of the pizzas had a bubble, and instead of calling me to let me know that one pizza has remade, and therefore the food will take longer, the app tells me it's delivered. If your customer has to wait longer for food, shouldn't they get a call? So after this, when I finally got the pizzas an hour later one looked like someone had punched it, another had a slice with no toppings on it. I called the store and they offered me credit for the 3 pizzas. I didn't go through with contacting corporate because they attempted to fix it. I left a review and thanked diana, the person who immediately attempted to fix the issue.
I call today and speak with a manager asking to use the credit. He states that there are no notes for this, and he can only offer credit for one pizza. This location is a joke. Every single time I get pizza here, there's something wrong. Either our order is wrong, our food is undercooked, or there is hair in the food. I highly doubt anything is going to get fixed with that store. 😬😬😬😬😬
