What a terrible place where new Management/ staff is the problem. I put in my order through the phone for pickup which consisted of Caldo De Pollo, Quesabirria Combo and a side of beans. After the long commute from the restaurant by the time I got home and opened the bag I realized I’m missing my (2) Quesabirria Combo from this establishment. As anyone would do, I called the restaurant and requested to speak to the Manager because now I don’t have food but I have paid $16.99 for a plate that doesn’t exist. I spoke to MARISA the Manager on Sunday November 2, 2025 regarding this mishap and how an inconvenience this is because of the commute (20min) and how they came up short on making sure all items are in the bag for their costumers. I was responded by implication of me being a liar and a thief. She asked the young lady who gave me my bag and she stated she gave me my food. I responded she did give me my food but NOT ALL OF IT. If she was so sure of implying that I’m a thief I asked her to check the camera and I have pictures of my food with receipt with a timestamp. I have been going to this place for over a year and now the management has change it shows in the quality. When I kept pushing on the fact I didn’t receive it so what are we going to do to fix this issues? He response was “when can you pick it up?”. As if I made the mistake of not not putting my whole order in the bag?! The manager didn’t want to find a solution she just wanted me to be silenced and get it over with. I responded with frustration and feel the lack of accountability, training and an absence in leadership. She didn’t see a problem and that’s the issue in itself. The fact I had to ask if they can possibly re-fire the order instead her offering shows her incapability of leadership. My husband had to go back and get a refund with the receipt because at that point he was scared they would spit in his food which I informed the Manager. Marisa then lied to my husband stating she apologized about the situation but I wasn’t receiving it. I find that hysterical for someone implying I’m a liar. Crazy! The total came out to be 29 DOLLARS and 74 cents… So i gave the cash register lady 29 DOLLARS and would’ve payed the rest of the 74 cents with my card. WHY DOES SHE CHECK ME OUT AT 19 DOLLARS!!!!! and was going to charge me for another 10 on my card… I’m confused as hell because why are you charging me 39$?!?!?!?! I tell her i gave her 2 ten dollar bills and 9 one dollar bills and she’s only looking at the receipt which she clearly got wrong and keep repeating my order back to me. This place requires payment upfront, I paid with my credit card and lady pointed to other side of counter at pens for me to sign merchants copy. I didn't even notice that she only handed me my table number and not my card back. I was in the place well over an hour and she even looked and smiled, still never walked over and gave me my credit card. It wasn't until I left and went to the other side of town looked in my wallet and no card. I looked at my receipt called the number and the lady that took my order answered. I said I was just there in your restaurant and you never gave me back my card,she said well I sat it on counter and you forgot it, I said so you have my card,she said yes I do. I said I was in your restaurant for over an hour you looked at me even came over there where I was and you never thought to hand me my card all she can say was I put it on the counter and you forgot it so that lets me know your very shady.
