Second time ordering from this location. First time they forgot our sauces. Today we ordered, spent 30 minutes on the phone with a rep who had a very bad accent.asked her 4 times to add 4 garlic sauces, and 4 ranches to be added to our order. She kept saying yes it is done. Then asked her to add 2 diet pepsis to our order. She said it was done. We were told it would be 50 mins, and after an hour and 15 mins we called and the store answers and spoke to a lady name Kaitlin. She was very rude, sarcastic, and asked her for a manager she said she was the manager. I could not believe papa john would allow someone like her to be a manager. I hope the call was recorded. She said bcz my sauces were not charged, she had to charge me for them. I asked her, “ my order is over 50 mins late, my order was placed incorrectly, and it is my fault?” She did not care she explained it was the fault of the call center, and went into explaining for 5 minutes why I have to pay bcz of an error of their call center. Wow!!!! No apology to the customer who faithfully paid upfront over 40 dollars plus delivery fee, plus a tip I plan to give the driver bcz the roads are bad but grateful for the driver to deliver our order. Wow! After all that, she sarcastically said “either you pay for the sauces, or I can just go ahead and cancel your order how about that?” Wow! I asked her for name bcz I could not believe she was a manager. She sarcastically said “ I can spell it for you, and she spelled it.” Wow! Then I told her I will be coming down to their store tomorrow and sarcastically she responds, “ come down sure.” Wow! After all that, I kindly gave her my card number which she demanded me to give it to her one by one. No courtesy at all for the customer that has been inconvenienced. She took my card. After that, I said “Kaitlin, thank you for your customer service, and merry Christmas.” PS: I told her I don’t think papa John’s will be broke over 4 garlic sauces...

Politely asked if they were still accepting orders this evening & was received with attitude from a young man being told they take orders until ten PM but he guessed I could make an order. I asked him if he was sure it was alright cause I didnt mind and he said something along the line of, "yeah sure whatever, what do you need" I reluctantly placed my order taking into account that this gentleman could have just been having a bad day, made sure to answer politely, calling him sir, saying please & thank you. Tipped generously because I work with customers all day too & sometimes a good tip can put you in a good mood. Was still met with attitude but another employee noticed, put a stop to the making of pizzas & pulled the boy aside. I didnt hear much but did hear "a lot going on but..." & it clicked, he has a lot on his plate. I didnt take the attitude personally & when he was done he sheepishly walked my pizza over to me, exchanged it for my sodas & made a bag with plates, cutlery & napkins (adding in my sodas) & brought it back to me telling me to have a wonderful night. People will read this & ask themselves why I didnt leave a bad review due to the young gentleman's attitude. Well they not only have great pizzas that deserve my 5 star ratings; they also have great employees that take care of each other, keep each other in check, & support one another, creating a good team. Read moreEdit: This location has gone severly downhill to the point we have switched to a different pizza company. When you have an out of control rat and mouse population problem that has not been dealt with for over a year, there are issues. A couple by the garbage is one thing. But several skittering by the front door constantly is another. Obviously, corporate does not care. Pizza has been sloppy as well and a couple of times have went there with 2 hours till closing and not a soul was in thr building. Front door was locked and no sign was posted. I angry cars next to me and no answer from the corporate office kinda made things even more aggravating. Money was refunded the following week though.
This Pap John's has blown away all of our expectations over the last w years. We used to be die-hard Pizza Hut fans, but over the course of many transgressions, we decided to give Papa John's another try. Boy, are we glad that we did. This location always goes above and beyond to give us the best experience and food possible. We have the unusual request of slicing our pizza into squares. Not only does the manager there, Kaitlyn, make sure that the pizza is correctly cut every time, but that it is perfection in looks and taste as well. Extra saucy with perfect appeal. She and her crew make sure the whole experience is a pleasure. The minute my husband and I walk in the door, she has greeted us, and the crew is working hard. We appreciate you all.
