Perfect place to play! Clean environment and mask rules are in place. The staff are super nice and make sure no kid leaves without a parent. I love letting my littles run around with their friends. This is a weekly meetup between a mom friend and I. I love how there are so many different activities from wall climbing, bridge scaling, slides, webs, ball 'pit' , trampoline, etc. Only downside is the one machine in the ball pit area is not working so you have to toss the balls up into the basket. I have an 18 month old and a 4.5 year old. They never get tired of finding new things to play with or accomplishing a goal like climbing the 'rock' wall. Usually the charge is 12 per a child so it comes to about 25 dollars for an hour of play. Well worth it :)
My recommendation: Fill out the waiver online, working with the tablet while juggling 2 excited babies is hard as poo! BRING SNACKS, We bring some quick snacks that we eat here and there, since it is close to the food court after we are done playing we will go out and have a meal. There are no snacks there, there is water and socks available. :)
Also : Adults can totally play in the playground with the kiddos. I included a picture of me trying to scale the 'web' feature [ because it makes me laugh thinking about how I failed at it ] . It did not go well. I am so snap crackle and pop and I forgot how much you actually need in terms of endurance to not keep falling down into the main area. Good game guys.. ... good game.
Thanks for making such a fun space for the kiddos guys! Y'all...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place was okay, took my daughter and my nieces, a play day for my daughter's birthday. I liked that it was not busy. As soon as we walked in, there were a few people just chatting and talking behind the register. They all just looked at us, and one girl just kept talking and talking and talking. So I decided I'll sign the waiver form until someone greets us. But nope, no one said anything. I eventually stood there for a bit until they were kind of done talking. I would have left, but I know my daughter really wanted to play. The lady who helped is kept going on about how she was not supposed to be working today, but came in anyways. "Thank you for being here." I said to her. She then continued to go on about how long her nails were and how it kind of got in her way while she worked. I guess, I just let her talk. Eventually I had to use the restrooms, and it looked like those rest stop restrooms. Both were dirty, with toilet paper on the ground. Dirty toilet, needed to be cleaned. I saw the employee go to the back a few times, I guess she never made it to the bathroom, or didn't want to be bothered by the bathroom. It was an okay experience. If these things were corrected I'm sure it would be a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe lady working here today was choosing who could break the rules and who couldnāt. She let a 10 year old play in the toddler area, which is for 35 months or younger then proceeded to ask our 3 year olds to get out of the area as it was against the rules. My kid climbed up the slide, which weāve never been told before that itās against the rules (also not stated on the rules list) she was also very rude when yelling at my daughter to not do so, which was then proceeded by another child climbing up the slide , to which she said nothing. Then, My child removed her socks and I was actively explaining to my daughter she needed to keep her socks on and she was yelling towards me telling me she needed socks, clearly she could see me doing so and handling the situation. Overall, worst experience weāve had at fantastic and there is a direct correlation to the worker there, we asked her name and she starred and asked us why, we explained so we could write a review. She said her name is Juana, very displeased. We ended out trip early due to her choosing to single out our kids...
