A Hidden Gem: Off Day on 6th Ave, Tacoma For any discerning lover of craft beer, or simply someone in search of a relaxed atmosphere and good company, "Off Day" on 6th Ave in Tacoma is an absolute must-visit. This gem of a spot has quickly become my personal favorite sanctuary from the everyday hustle and bustle. Upon entering Off Day, you're immediately greeted by an environment that manages to strike the delicate balance between a warm, rustic brewpub and a trendy, modern bar. With a calming, well-lit interior, comfortable seating, and engaging local art adorning the walls, Off Day sets the perfect backdrop for winding down after a long day or celebrating the weekend. Off Day's stellar selection of craft beer truly sets it apart. The taps are graced with an ever-rotating variety of local brews, regional favorites, and unique concoctions that are sure to excite any beer connoisseur. From hop-forward IPAs to rich, creamy stouts and everything in between, Off Day's craft beer offerings are both broad and impressive. The staff's knowledge and passion for their products is evident; they're always ready to help guide your choice or answer any questions about their selection. But the beer is not the only thing worth mentioning. The staff themselves are a highlight. Their friendly and welcoming demeanor, coupled with a sincere passion for creating an inviting atmosphere, makes a visit to Off Day a genuinely enjoyable experience. They certainly do their part in making Off Day feel less like an ordinary bar and more like a community gathering spot. Whether you're looking to sample some of the finest beers the Pacific Northwest has to offer, engage in thoughtful conversation with the locals, or simply relax and watch the world go by, Off Day offers a wonderful, laid-back atmosphere for all. What truly sets Off Day apart is its heart. It's not just a place to grab a beer or two; it's a place to connect, relax, and feel at home, a testament to Tacoma's vibrant and inclusive spirit. In conclusion, if you find yourself in Tacoma, make sure to take an "off day" and visit this delightful spot on 6th Ave. It's the kind of place that quickly turns first-time visitors into regulars, and I have no doubt that you'll appreciate it as much as I do.

Very clean and open place. Bartender was very nice and knowledgeable about the beers on tap and wine list. Also he was able to give suggestions and recommendations. Nice crowd inside, atmosphere was more of a chill vibe. Go check it out for a nice relaxing spot that’s clean and friendly. See what you think.

A welcomed addition to Tacoma’s 6th Avenue! Cocktails are properly made with a nice selection of small bites, salads, and sandwiches. And the prices are great! And they have a Midori Sour! No excuse not to come visit many times throughout the month.

Wow. Seriously among the top (if not the top) craft cocktail joint. I had a Black Manhattan. It was spot on. Balanced so well. My wife had a Manhattan. PERFECT. So perfect that I ordered it for my second drink. There are so many places pouring acceptable cocktails but when you find one like this that makes perfect ones, ones that are balanced so well, you just have to come back.

Just remember this is a cocktail bar. The food are intended to be nibbles. So don't rate them based on what they aren't. PS - The spiced nuts at $6 are an...

My favorite bar in town! I highly recommend going in to support this bar, run and owned by Tacoma locals Lai and Nuri, whom are some of the kindest people I've ever had the pleasure to meet. They have all local beers on tap, some from breweries I didn't know existed before going there! You can tell that they value the community here in Tacoma and I really appreciate that. I don't drink wine but they have a huge wine...
