This place is a diamond in the rough! I've been coming here for the Vietnamese banh mi sandwiches since we moved 5 years ago.

The prices have changed like everything else everywhere but the quality and taste and service have remained. It used to be a very limited menu. Now the menu is bigger, which is a pleasant surprise.

The sandwiches have pâté which isn't offered everywhere and makes it 1000% better.

This place has the best bahn mi in Tacoma and dare I say even the greater Seattle area. It’s affordable with most expansive sandwich being $9. You simply can’t get this high quality in Seattle without spending $15-17. The bread is amazing and really makes the sandwich. I have had every sandwich on the menu and they are all bangers. They accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and cash app.

Small hole in the wall spot. Cash only. Banh mis and drinks. The banh mi dac biệt (Asian cold cuts and pate) was awesome. My new go to spot for a dac biệt. Great prices too. Sandwiches are cheaper than the drinks! Just five bucks for a sandwich aside from the sardine one which is a dollar more. They also do fresh pressed sugar cane drinks (nước mía).
