My family Loves the Chicago stuffed pizza & on Tuesday it's $12 for a large Pizza & $15 for the family size pizza. The large Pizza feeds a family of 4 with leftovers the next day, it's a Awesome treat for the youngens (They Love Pizza) but it's way more Awesome for Me (1 less meal to prepare). Papa Murphy's staff are always polite & very helpful especially with the "Rona" (Covid). The store is clean & all employees making the Pizza wear Gloves & Mask while making your Pizza. Only 4 people are allowed in the store at a time, mask & social distancing is required but this is the new norm right now. If you order & pay for your Pizza in advance a staff member comes outside to see if it's a online paid for order gets your name & will bring your Pizza out to you. I have called & asked for curbside because I had the baby with me & it was raining, a Papa Murphy's employee bought my Pizza to the car for me. If they are extremely busy it may take a few for someone to come out & ask about your order. It still moves pretty quickly so the wait time is not long anyways. If you have to go in & pay with cash the Papa Murphy's in Lakewood DOES NOT take $100 bills at all!!! So have something smaller then a Benjamin on hand. Papa Murphy's does take EBT (Food Stamps) for your Pizza purchase but you have to pay in person but you can order it online or thru the App. Papa Murphy's pizza rewards App is easy to use, it remembers your order so all you have to do is hit the button that says Order history (it's very convenient). My Slice Rewards offers discount on Pizza, free Cookie dough or bread sticks you receive free items after so many purchases - you can not use your free items on Tuesday's $12 Pizza Day because it's already a special. I have used my rewards on a regular day & paid $10.80 for a large Pizza & got free Cookie dough or bread sticks. Papa Murphy's🍕 🍕 is affordable, easy dinner that the whole family can enjoy & without having to prepare a meal it gives you more time to enjoy time with...
Read moreA little over a month ago I had ordered a pizza for take out. When I took the saran wrap I found a large odd plastic piece. I checked the rest of the pizza and it was fine, so I just removed it. I called to inform the store that they had something that was peeling off and falling into the pizza. He offered to make us a new one but I kindly declined as it wasn't a big deal to me since I was able to remove it.
Fast forward to today. I placed an order for two pizzas. I get to the store and the manager is talking to everyone but me. I wait patiently as I can see they are busy. After about 10 minutes I go up to the front and then these lovely ladies arrive behind me. The manager completely ignores me and starts asking them about what they would like and so on then walks away. Another few minutes go by, he continues talking to them, and so I just ask the ladies "Am I invisible? Lol". He comes back again to ask them how they are and ignore me. I finally speak up and ask about my order. He responds and is pleasant-ish. Anyway I just thought that was extremely rude of him and I felt like it may have been a race thing because I'm a small white girl and the ladies were of African descent as he was. I just hope in the future he can better equip himself with the skills it takes to be a true manager.
Also the chicken on my pizza is super spoiled 😭. I think he hates me for some reason but I've never been a Karen to him and have always...
Read moreThis is my go to place when I am tired of cooking from scratch and I just would rather something quick and easy. I'm allergic to wheat so I have to be careful what I can consume. I am aware Papa Murphy's is not a 100 percent gluten free, being as I never see a glove change or have any knowledge of what choice is best for a gluten intolerant person like myself. They always suggest a "salad" and that's just a smack in the face. Being gluten free is very challenging. I went in today and ordered online excited about the 12 dollar Tuesday pizza and mine didn't count being as mine had to be a large which is so unfair, I have no choice. If I could I would. Not only was I not able to get my pizzas for 12, I was charged EXTRA for adding gluten free. It's so unfair. At the last past I know the lady was only doing her job but asking me if I knew about the "survey" I replied no and she told me. Well if you take this survey (inwhich I always do) except this one because the headache over making my pizza over because it was not gluten free. She still proceeded to tell me that I could receive free cinnamon twist or whatever gluten filled thing. I couldn't have as I reminded her. She laughed it off. I wish people would be more knowledgeable about people and there diet restrictions. It's no joke to the people that have the allergy and the people that do it for the "diet" that's a joke. Gluten free...
