R J's Burger Joint — Restaurant in Tacoma

OMG HORRIBLE! Terrible customer service. I went in with a group, ordered mine and my sons food, saw that they had mozzarella sticks as a meal and asked if I could order them as a side. She let me and told me it would be 6 dollars. Ok awesome :) Waited and waited for my food. The people AFTER me got their food before ours and they ordered the same thing.... Ok.... Finally got the food like 25 minutes later. Chicken was meh, fries were soggy. Now for the mozzarella sticks. Every restaurant, fast food joint I have ever been serves marinara dipping sauce with their sticks. They served with ketchup. I personally have never heard of this. I went up and asked if they had marinara (thinking maybe it was a mistake) They told me they don't have marinara. I said ok..... Walked away. After thinking about It I went back up and explained I was sorry I didn't realize they did not come with marinara could I please get a refund. They said Oh we have some! They went down to the Indian restaurant 3 stores down and got a container of curry I went back after realizing it was just curry sauce and they told me "well that's our marinara!" I said I'm sorry I don't eat mozzarella sticks with curry can I please just have a refund. They said fine, we will go get marinara. Unfortunately I am not great with sticking up for myself so a good friend went up and insisted on a refund for me and it was not even in the full amount. I was highly...

Horrible horrible experience. We ordered thru uber eats & ordered our burgers with NO ONIONS because of a deathly allergy (anaphylactic shock). When i called to speak with a manager, the gentleman on the phone said he made our food & "yea i made a mistake dude but it's only 2slices of onions just pull em off & eat it. Stop over reacting." For 1, that's like telling me to go kill myself because i can literally die & he didn't understand what allergic meant. 2, he literally was yelling on the phone because i told him it's like telling me Its ok to die & then when i said let me speak, he yelled at me, "no you're gonna listen to me dude!" This was by far the absolute worst customer service I've ever received. Especially if he doesn't understand what "ALLERGY & ALLERGIC" means, that's putting...

Excellent! Got my chicken burger on here and they even made it spicy for me the way I wanted! Worth every penny. I love going around to many different joints and testing their chicken burger and for being a patty, this was a great sandwich and I didn't even once think to myself does this taste like a frozen patty. Good food! Onions made the burger extra crispy and I never thought about having them on a chicken burger before! Definitely going back again. They need this Spicy Chicken Burger...
