Souper Pho — Restaurant in Tacoma

Went here for lunch today with a couple of friends. We ordered the "Souper Pho," a Souper Platter, and crab Rangoon as well as x2 bubble teas. My Souper Pho which is supposed to have brisket, steak, tripe, tendon, and meatballs did not come with any tripe. I asked the server if they were out of tripe, she said they had some and the cook must have forgotten. She excused herself and in a few minutes brought out a small side dish of tripe. This was great service recovery!

HOWEVER, then I asked for a to go order of the Souper Pho and General Tso's chicken. When I brought the pho home for my mom to open it, there was no Sriracha, no hoisin sauce, no bean sprouts, jalapeño, lime, or basil. I got them for the dine in order so why did the to go order not have any?? Did they forget again???

We visited this restaurant strictly to review it. We ordered the Souper Appetizer Platter which is on the online menu but not on the in store menu (still they made it for us). We also ordered the Beef Chow Foon, Grilled Chicken Pad See Ew, & Beef Chow Mein The platter was the best thing we ordered. All main dishes were bland, noodles improperly cooked, the eggs in the Pad See Ew were burnt, extremely "Whitewashed" no offense but true asians know this is BLAND! No music so it's the silent type you have to whisper or mouth the words to friends. Prices are decent and it is a nice restaurant just not flavorful, nothing special, not a place I would revisit for anything except the...

I wish I could do zero. I have never been happy with this place but it being convenient, I've given them enough chances. They are cheap, their chicken is gummy, chewy, and they utilize being "non English " as an advantage..

I ordered Thai chicken wraps to go. Ingot a to go bin of Romain lettuce, soaked and all stalks And then maybe the side that goes in the wraps.., however there was no way u could even make my own wrap. Cheap AF. And then the lady whom took my oder, after.the math, acted as if I wasn't right. NO MAM... I ordered from you, and you have me garbage!
