I opened the door to the establishment and I hadn’t even taken a step inside when an UNLEASHED pit bull with a gross fish toy in its mouth came rushing at me. I was so startled that I yelled and ran out of that place. Not only is it inconsiderate to allow unleashed dogs at a food establishment because not everyone is comfortable around dogs, but it is a violation of the Washington Food Code. I highly suggest that this establishment familiarizes itself with the Washington Food Code if it wants to avoid code violation fines. So much fun with Nathan and Lynn. The service was excellent and rolled in with perfect timing as soon as our glass was ready for the next pour. You can tell Nathan and Lynn are passionate, Nate loves what he does, loves the people and wine producers he works with and loves fine tuning the experience for his customers. Loved it here, loved the descriptions of the wine, loved the wine itself. We tried 5 and left with a difficult to decide favorite and one that wasn't open that day that we're excited to try. There’s so much to like about this winery. Three things I look for in a winery are; good wine, good atmosphere and friendly staff. The Tacoma Structure has all of that and more. It’s a beautiful tasting room with super comfortable chairs. That’s not something I would have ever expected to rave about, but it’s true. Nathan, the tasting room manager, is one of the best I’ve ever witnessed. The place could be packed with people and he still makes sure everyone is taken care of.
