Wendy's Pho Vietnamese Restaurant — Restaurant in Tacoma

I have been going to freighthouse square since i was a little girl really, and my favorite resturant was Wendys veitnmease, unfortunatley i was there yesterday and bought my usual sa di chicken with egg roll, i had about 4 bites & just as i was about to take my next bite of food i see somthing that about gives me chills, i about threw up! It was a huge cockroach sateayed in my food. it was absolutley discusting! my mother brought the plate back to them and got our money back, they were very apoligestic but the problem is still there, we were sitting up in the upper level of the mexacan resteraunt & before we left i notice a bug crawling on the ceiling, show my mother and father and relize its another cockroach! this was just yesterday! i was so ready to leave. im sadend because i have always loved coming here, love the differnt shops, resteraunts ext... but they need to do somthing esspesually since they have cocroaches! i know they have had them before cause i had seen one in the womans restroom along time ago aboy 7 yeras back but i had assumed they had an exsterminator spray the place because i had never seen one since until yesterday. i am writing this reveiw in hopes that they can spay again and take care of the problem so i myself can bring my daughter and nephew back and enjoy everything frieghthouse square as my parents brought my sister and i when we were children growing up. I am going to do the best I can to get this taken seriously and have somthing done because it is not right & absolutley discusting. pest control needs to be brought in and shops, resteraunts need to be shut down and action needs...

Disappointed. Food wasn't bad but not accurate. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices. Dish contained too much rice vs entree, less than comparable. I got the mongolian beef.. looks and tastes more like ginger beef or mixed vegetable. No green onions nor crispy noodles. Beef was lacking in quality and texture. Was comprised of carrots, celery, broccoli, and whole slices of ginger.. which made the ginger flavor overwhelming. Did not taste like mongolian beef. The prawn Mein Foon was not the wide rice noodles fried.. but barely cooked and with very little flavor and sauce. Decent amount of shrimp.. but they were overcooked. Would not recommend if there are other...

The service and food are incredible! My husband is vegetarian and wanted a dish with udon noodles and tofu, and the cook just offered to make him something special. We got to talking and told him we were at freight house square waiting for AAA because our car wouldn't start and he offered (unsolicited) to jump start our car for us. He got it up and running and we are so grateful! When we got home we both tasted to tofu udon noodle dish and it was the perfect thing - salty, oily, big, fat noodles with perfectly seasoned veggies and tofu.
