I've been here several times. This would be the first time I had to wait a little bit longer than normal. I order my food and move up to the window and pay. Then she opens the window and says they were out of what I ordered. Would I like the other way or a refund?? Then before I make a decision she then says never mind they found what I ordered. Now is that a way to run a business?? And then she brings it out and guess what?? She tells me we didn't have boxes so be careful. Don't get me wrong she was nice throughout this whole thing but I ordered a taco salad. I begin to open the bag and the crunchy shell is on top of a small bowl. WHAT!! I ordered the breakfast platter. After getting to my location, I started putting my breakfast together. I opened the gravy, and I am so disappointed! So instead of telling me, hey, we don't have enough gravy for your order. They would much rather adjust half ass.My gravy and throw a sausage patty on top? Weird! Fries were 1/2 full. They fixed, but then ham and cheese was sadder looking than my 5th grade elementary school, but cost $5. It’s not the price as much as it was the poor quality. To be fair I haven’t had the sandwich in years, but this was really bad. They said I could have a different one, they gave me a dried up bacon cheeseburger. I was sorely disappointed while staff chatted and cussed from kitchen. Seemed like nice people, just unprofessional and I’ll never visit again. Wendy’s is far superior if you ask me.
