RibCrib BBQ — Restaurant in Tahlequah

Ordered for pickup. Took me calling 6 times for them to finally pickup and take my order. They told me it would be 20-25 minutes until it was done so I went ahead and started there. 10 - 15minutes later, I picked up my food. There were 4 full tables but no other people there, so them telling me it was super busy seemed false. Once I got home, not even 10 minutes after I grabbed the food, my food was freezing cold. I ordered a pulled pork spud. I asked for extra bbq and still only received one little container. The spud itself was cold, the pork was slightly warm, there was barely any pork on it at all, the sour cream looked curdled, and it just was not good at all. Their drink selection is worth 5⭐(stars) all by itself. Normally, if you drink diet drinks your selection is severely limited but not at Rib Crib. I had something I didn't even know existed, Barq's diet cream soda and it was fantastic! Their food is pretty good, too. I had a smoked chicken salad that was delicious. It had tasty greens with smoked chicken slices and BBQ Ranch Dressing and flour tortillas with cheese very similar to quesadillas. They also have good burgers, fries & baked potatoes. Called and ordered a slab of ribs. Picked them up and when I got back home 8 mile drive oneway the Ribs was so bad we couldn’t eat them. They must have been smoked several days before. Returned them 8 mile drive and asked for a refund on my credit card and the manager said that it would be a while before she would have time to refund my credit card. Received my credit card bill and she never refunded anything to my card. Filed a complaint with my credit card company and Rib Crib denied the complaint.
