I'm updating this review on July 6th 2024:
I'll never come to this Subpar-way again... Their service is terrible. The app is a POS. They have messed up my order every time, but I'm here only because my 86 year old Mother wanted Subway. I showed up because the app said that my sandwiches were ready. I walk in and tell them my name for an online order, and they said that they were just starting the sandwiches. I showed them the app said that they were ready, and instead of apologizing or saying anything about the app being stupid, they said that there were a lot of orders ahead of me. The store was somewhat clean. There are no patrons in here except for one other snot-nose trying to tell me why my sandwiches weren't ready, and his opinion of what's wrong with the app. 1 star DO NOT EVER order from or eat at this establishment.
1 1/2 hours later... My sandwich bread, Italian Herb and Cheese, was so tough, I had to tear it with my fingers. It acted as if it was yesterday's, or the day before that, bread...

Well, where do I begin? I've only ordered from the app for this particular franchise. There has been a problem everytime. They have left cheese off of my sandwiches, didn't halve them once, double charged me... The most frustrating experience was when I ordered through the app, showed up on time at the drive thru, and the vehicle in front of me ordered, and they had them wait at the window while they prepared their order instead of having them pull forward and letting other customers go through the line. I received my order 13 minutes after I had arrived. I will start visiting the other Subway in town. Hopefully it's not the same owner. I've complained through their website before and haven't heard anything back. I STILL haven't had my double-charge taken care of yet, even used Twitter for help. Order at your own risk. The wait in line was unbelievable for one being a 35 minute wait with 2 cars in front of us. The next time I ordered the app messed up and ordered by itself when I wasn’t ready. Tried to fix this with the store and they weren’t willing to work with me just told me to contact my cc company. Decided I’d accept the order and just place an additional order since the app deleted a sammich. I order it by phone and I know they heard me correctly because I received the phone order list with my sammich. 3 vegetables were missing, sauce was so heavy it was soggy and dripping, completely under toasted with half melted cheese and they got the bread wrong even though my choice of bread was circled on the sheet. Read moreThis is one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Subway. The location had one person at the drive thru and they weren't taking online orders, also no customers in the restaurant. We ordered the Elite Chicken the way it comes on flatbread added garlic aioli a salad and the feast with everything. All the feast had on it was olives and my chicken flat bread only have chicken bacon and cheese. The server at the window was so rude like we were botching her and they looked like they were trying to close the store. I have worked in the industry a while now and if I had an employee that acted like that I would fire them. I have photos of our food as well.
