Ordered 5 phones last Monday was told there was a problem that they would be ready Tuesday. took off work Tuesday to go get them was told there where further problems that they would be done Wednesday, took time off work Wednesday was told they are still having problems, but they had escalated the problem to the top and it 100% would be resolved in 24 hours. Long ugly story shortened is I brought the phone into Tahlequah store and Lisa and Gerycah went the extra mile to help me with this whole issue. Mind you I spent 7 hours on the phone yesterday trying to get it handled over the phone due to the crisis we are in right now. These two listened to the story and offer solutions!
