Read the end about the employees call "Mike" Other than that, they were very helpful. The food was fresh. The air conditioning was so awesome!!! However, as I update this, I would like to say that most of the managers that I know that work there were not there, but everyone was kind, and courteous. The district manager is a great guy. My view of this Bojangles is most of the people are great that here. The managers are good. However,a gentleman that works here with a grey shirt on was not so great to say the least. On Thursday february 7th he was extremely rude to me. Hey yelled "hey, what are you doing?"He then told me it was not a truck stop. Because he saw me on my phone and apparently a lot of people come here and don't eat but just to charge their phone. If I hadn't gotten a meal that day at this establiment I would understand. The meal was pretty. Yet after I was taken aback because I was still treated as if I was a someone trying to "get over"I on them. That being said all people should be treated with respect and care. But... this guy thought I was apparently staying around too long after after I ate. When I went to go speak to him about knowing his manager and that I was a Google reviewer, he got extremely sarcastic and then eventually called me "Mr Google". So, I'm not sure I would recommend anybody going here. It's as if the attitudes make the food taste less delicious. I usually don't write this low of a review. Now only Mr Mike was the one that was not nice today. The manager (assistant?) was great. The woman cleaning up was amazing too. Hats off to the...
Read moreNever been here before, figured we would stop and grab a quick bite on our way back home from Alabama. Food was OK, customer service was good. Bathrooms were pretty nasty. Initially the customer service was through the roof, as soon as we walked in we were greeted by what looks like the manager. She was amazing and took very good care of us. After getting our meal we noticed that we were missing a dipping sauce. Let’s just say that they guard that dipping sauce like if it was Fort Knox lol they would not give us a dipping sauce for our meal and made us pay for it. No big deal right? It was only $.49 but it should have come with the meal. I get it people take advantage of situations like this and asked for several dipping sauces, but we just needed one. Small things go along way. Chicken was OK, biscuits were great, fries were old and the mac & cheese wasn’t all that good. The tater tot looking things were really good, that was the only thing that was fresh in our meal. Other than the biscuit, the biscuit was good. Would have been good to have some honey but I wasn’t paying for that either. I was afraid to go...
Read moreI’ve been here twice in the past week. Both times fries were very cold. Not even warm. The gentleman in front of me just now walked outside and threw his fries in the parking lot because he was disgusted with how cold they were. It’s 7pm, no lights on in the parking lot. Every single street light is out and it’s hard to tell if the store is open. When we got to the window, three employees were on their phones. We had to pull up to wait for our food, when the employee brought it out she was looking at her phone, scrolling.
It’s just the worst customer service I’ve seen in a while. On Tuesday morning when I stopped in for an early lunch, there was one lady busting her butt, working hard, the rest are all moving in slow motion. Me and two other customers had to wait 11 minutes at the register before the poor lady had a chance to come take our orders. I don’t know if this is a corporate store or a franchisee owns it, but I feel truly bad for whoever does. You might want to check in on the life of...
