Cancun's Sports Bar and Grill Thomasville Rd — Restaurant in Tallahassee

This restaurant offers an excellent concept and a great location for outdoor family dining. The setting and overall theme are very appealing, and it has the potential to be a standout spot. Unfortunately, our experience was hindered by several operational issues. Both the kitchen and bar appeared understaffed or disorganized, resulting in significant delays for both food and drinks — some of which never arrived. When the meals were eventually served, they were not at proper temperatures and were missing side items. For families, it’s worth noting that there are only two high chairs available, which makes accommodating toddlers difficult. Additionally, while live music is a nice touch and adds to the atmosphere, the volume level was excessively high, making it difficult to converse with other guests or communicate with the wait staff. Adjusting the sound levels could greatly enhance the dining experience. I’m hopeful this was simply an off night, as the location and concept are very promising. I had the pleasure of stopping by during their soft opening, and I was beyond impressed! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of great energy. The staff made me feel right at home, and their attention to detail really stood out.

The food and drinks were absolutely delicious! Everything was flavorful, fresh, and prepared with care. You can really tell they put pride into what they serve. I especially enjoyed how everything came together: great vibes, great service, and great taste.

Has been on Friday evening in for a few drinks. The beer and Margarita by one get one. The single price was already doubled. The House Margarita tasted like soap water. We complained but nothing happened. The food experience is already dropping in quality. I have had the complete Fisch which was on the first time delicious just when they opened and the second time other date much smaller and served slightly cooled. We will not going again and can't recommend...
