Staff seemed friendly but was very distracted and unprofessional; they interrupted our order for personal conversation, wasn't wearing any hair nets and had dirty fingernails. They made us wait while constantly taking orders from and serving the drive thru clients. We finally ordered, and 15 minutes later, another man ordered and left with his food in 10 minutes. And SEVERAL drive thru customers had come and gone. They told us at the 17 minute wait mark that ours was taking so long because they had to toast more bread... We got our food after 29 MINUTES. The bacon burger classic my fiancé and my mother ordered that was on their advertisement board, didn't have bacon on them. My Fiancé let them know and the staff member proceeded to let him know that it doesnt come with bacon if you make it a combo?! he pointed to it and showed her there is bacon on the picture AND in the name of the sandwich! My issue is with the order taking process. They have a new automated intercom. Ordered the fry lover’s double meal with bacon and lettuce expecting about a $1 upcharge. The automated teller asked if I wanted medium or large. I replied regular, thinking it would give me the meal as advertised on the sign plus the extra for bacon. Total came to $8.79 for a meal advertised at $5.99. A $2 upcharge before tax. The staff was pleasant and answered both of my questions regarding pricing. I took the meal anyway, thinking the med fry would be worth the extra money I was swindled out of. Got back to work and sat down to eat.
