READ THIS REVIEW
My family and a few friends who were over, placed an order for delivery at 7:45PM. They stated it would take 45 minutes to get our order.
I wait until 8:45PM to call because I am reasonably and know that things can happen. Once I call back, the lady states my food is on the way and should be there any minute now. I live 7 minutes away from the restaurant according to Maps.
So 9:00PM rolls around and then 9:15. I call the restaurant back and she tells me that the driver just left. Which means she is lying now or that she lied to me in the beginning. The driver pulls up at 9:52PM with the food. And it is ice cold. And when I say cold, I mean cold like food that has been left out and sitting. Anything that was supposed to be crispy was now extremely soggy and inedible.
So I call back and voice my displeasure at my food that was obviously made 2 hours before and was just getting to me. The lady then says she is sorry and she can give a discount of $3. The total order for for $45. I told her she could keep her $3 and that shows to me how much she values her customers and her business. This was the worst delivery experience of my life and I hope that you all avoid this...
Read moreIf I could leave a negative review, I would. At 530 in the afternoon I ordered deliver for a friend and I. They notified me that it was gonna take about an hour for the food to come my house, that is totally fine. An hour goes by, no food. Two hours goes by, no food. Finally an hour and a half goes by and its right before my friend has to leave, I call the restaurant to find out the hold up and they just tell me they will call me back. They call me back say it will be at my home in 10 min, on top of this they ask if I would like to leave a tip...No, i waited 2 and half hours and my friend cannot even eat the food he paid for. They finally get to my house and leave, and I call the restaurant and demand my money back. I am not paying for food that cant even be ate. They notify me that my refund is accepted.
ON TOP OF ALL THIS. WHEN IT IS SAID AND DONE. At 11 o'clock at night the restaurant calls me and tells me they can do a 50% refund.....

If I could give 0 stars I would. On 6/30 I ordered takeout because I had been to this place once previously and hadn't had issues that time.
This time, however, Chopstix was filthy. Now that's something I could overlook because maybe the staff didn't have time to clean in-between people coming and going, but a large cockroach crawled out from the kitchen. That is NOT something you want to see at a restaurant.
At that time my order was called and being so shocked and disgusted I grabbed my bag and hurried out, wanting to be away from such a dirty place.
I'm trying to dispute the order since I obviously couldn't eat the food after seeing that, but a lady named June from Qmenu (their online order service) is saying they can't dispute it because I took the food and that costs money.
I've taken screenshots of this email between us incase she wants to act like it hasn't happened.
