2 days ago my husband and I went to eat at this place it was around 8:30pm and the place was empty as soon as we walked in the girl at the register with the green hair gave us a look and started mumbling. As we were ordering she never once looked at us because she was on her phone checking her notifications and at the same time rolling her eyes as we ordered. As we turned the other person cleaning the tables had already stacked the chairs so we were no able to sit so we waited for our order as more people walked in. Right now Iâm going through cancer and I cannot be standing for a long time because I will start getting the a pain due to the tumor I have so I asked my husband if he could grab me a chair and we would place it back so he did. Well worst decision ever because the person that was cleaning tables started complaining to the other employees about us and we noticed it so my husband walked up to the employee and asked if there was something wrong that we were going to place the chairs back and he started saying ânot to get in his face that he was just a call away from someoneâ I really donât know what that meant. Then he went back to where the other employees were at and started calling someone to come to this place because someone got in his face so my husband at this point just walked outside and called the cops. We didnât know if he was calling friends or what but we were scared so as soon as we got our food we took off. NEVER AGIAN COMING...
Read moreOn Feb 29th, I had an unbelievably rude experience here and I wasnât even the customer who was treated poorly.
The line was about 6 people long, and an older man came in to the store and stood in line. A woman at the counter called out âBrendan!â For an order, and the man attempted to speak up and clarify- âDid you say Brendan?â
She literally looked at him, made a nasty face and then waved her hand dismissively and looked away, and again called Brendan. Several of us in the store were looking at each other very confused.
A third time she called out and he attempted to speak up, and she said âSir- no, you have to wait in line.â
He then seemed confused and told the customer in front of him âI mean my son ordered my sandwich and his name is Brendan..â
Now, a second associate walked up to the first, and they both look extremely annoyed. I spoke up and said âMaâam, he is saying that his son Brendan ordered the food on the phone(my misassumption)- is the order paid for?â
Annoyed, she shouted âYes but this was an online order!â And the man said âMaâam, it was an online order. My son Brendan placed it..â
Not once did she offer to verify the order, the sandwich, to hear him out. Several customers were baffled. My girlfriend and I walked out. Iâve been doing customer service for 20 years, this...
Read moreI eat at this location about once a week. I usually order on the app and pick it up. Today, I ordered, got home, set everything up, and my turkey sandwich didnât have any turkey or cheese! I called, and Julie A. Immediately said that she knew what had happened and asked me to come back to the store for a remake, which I did. No apologies yet, but I was ready to give the benefit of the doubt - I mean after all, someone just make a careless mistake⊠but I had to leave home, drive back to the shop, and WAIT for them to make a new sandwich for me (after calling ahead). When my sandwich was ready, Julie handed it to me, and casually said, âsorry about thatâ. I asked if that was it. Julie said, âyes, is something wrong?â. I expressed that my expected response was that of further concern for their mistake, my extreme inconvenience, and the likelihood of my further patronage. I was met with a blank stare followed by a, âhave a nice day.â I donât know who is above Julie, but until someone who is more concerned with the company is in charge, I wonât be back. I donât like bringing out my inner Karen, but she will make an appearance for...
