Subway — Restaurant in Tallahassee

Cashier Ja'Maka was VERY unprofessional. She has no customer service and no energy about herself. If I had to guess, I'd say she doesn't want to work. I'm not aware of how long she's been working here but retraining on the food and customer service should be had.

I ordered the Turkey, Bacon, and Guacamole wrap. I had to remind her of the basics that comes on this wrap, hence the name. She did not wrap my wrap properly, and continued to "smush" my food, causing it to be flat.

She also asked me if I wanted it cut in half, but, to my knowledge cutting things in half at this restaurant is automatic, right? And a wrap is to be cut diagonally? My wrap was cut unevenly down the middle.

I am a frequent customer at Subway and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I was not happy and she needs to work on customer service and how to show you...

Absolutely horrible!! We walked in and nobody was in line to order. The worker was taking his sweet time finishing an online order. After we waited 15 minutes it was finally our time to order and OMG! My boyfriend ordered the supreme meats sub and the worker asked us "what kind of sub is that?” Also while he was making the sub he just threw the meats on there, some not even pulled apart and placed them randomly all over the bread. Then when he got to the veggies, we both asked for lettuce on our subs and he maybe put 10 pieces on there...so we asked for more, he maybe added 5 more pieces. All together this experience was absolutely horrible. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but as a former subway employee this...

I had a bad encounter here at this Walmart subway. I ordered their new rib meat sandwich. It was about 30 minutes before closing. They only had one kind of bread. The lady took my bread in the back behind the door and came back with the meat on there. I thought that was odd. She asked me if I wanted cheese. I said yes. But somehow I made it home with no cheese. When I got home the meat was so dry and tasted like something was wrong with it. I tried to contact subway and they brushed me off with no help at all. Gave me no compensatory meal. Not even a sorry. Just "each subway is independently owened" . I will never eat at this subway. Fire house is right down the road....
