Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Tallahassee

ZERO STARS... The 1519 Capital Circle NE, Tallahassee, FL location has gone to crap. I have been less than satisfied for the past few months from this location. However, last night was the absolute worst. We ordered a BBQ Chicken styled pizza, and it was like they poured an entire bucket of BBQ sauce on it. To the point that none of the toppings would stay on the pizza, and the thin and "crispy" crust was floppy, with the sauce dripping off everywhere. 80% of the pizza went in the garbage. It was DISGUSTING... Previous orders - the food was undercooked, or the crust was way to thick, or they didn't get the toppings right, the sandwiches are basically just bread, and the wings are pale and slimy, with no crisp at all. One time that the toppings were wrong, my husband went to the store to have the pizza remade (after paying for delivery), and after they sent him on his way, they called my phone to say they gave him the wrong pizza and needed him to return (again). Meanwhile, they had not given him the wrong pizza (this time), and turn around he did not. It felt like they were just playing games. Who works at this location now? A bunch of snotnosed preschoolers??... Not for anything, we deserved that nasty pizza last night. What were we thinking to order from here again?.... Unfortunately, this is the location we are zoned for delivery. But from now on I will gladly get off my behind to pick up my order from the location that I highly recommend, which is 2320 Apalachee Pkwy, Tallahassee, FL. They have yet to...

This was the absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had from any delivery place. I called to place an order, and after they told me I was out of their delivery area, I said I would tip the driver extra if they could still deliver since the other dominos was not answering their phone. They agreed to deliver to me since I was only 10 minutes away. I placed my order and was charged $30. After waiting for about 90 minutes, I called to check on the delivery. A manager picked up my call and told me that I was out of their delivery range and that they never even took my order. I explained my situation and he kept repeating the same thing over and over again, insisting that I never placed an order. Well I either teleported into a parallel dimension where I never placed an order at this dominos or this manager literally stole money from me and insulted me to boot. The manager in charge of this place is the rudest most dysfunctional person I’ve...

You’re better off picking up at a different store. If they estimate a delivery in 30-45 minutes, you should safely assume it will actually be 120 minutes or no delivery. Ordered online and it was posted as “prep” for over an hour on the tracker. I tried calling twice, was on hold for 5-10 minutes each time before I finally hung up. Drove to the store to ask if my order was in progress and she informed me that it had been delivered (it definitely hadn’t been). I was offered a new pizza or a refund and, with reasonable inference, I determined that they wouldn’t refund the delivery fee & tip if I waited around for a new pizza in 35-40 minutes, so I went with a refund. Now I’m back home, hungry with no pizza after a long day at work and angry that I wasted time that could’ve been spent making dinner myself. I’d give -5 stars if I could.
