Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Tallahassee

Horrible. I’ve never had a problem out of them until now. Only one guy is answering the phone which I told him I wanted to order pasta primavera add chicken light onion/tomato and extra Alfredo sauce because the pasta sometimes is dry. My order was placed I called back because I looked on the website and saw you can add shredded Parmesan so that’s what I wanted on top of my pasta I asked for the amount of the extra charge he said no problem he will just tell them to add it, my food came and it was a regular primavera no extra sauce/chicken at all was I wrong for calling back complaining about what I paid for that was not in my food? He proceeded to argue with me and says he spoke with me and I ordered veggie pasta I’m fully aware it was veggie pasta which is why I asked to add chicken that wasn’t there he told me I know what you asked for and I’m the manager as in I don’t have to correct your order. He was very rude I didn’t have a appetite anymore after he hung the phone up as I was talking and said real fast I’ll need it back and another one will be on the way.. I sat and thought about it and didn’t even want them to remake it because people are very nasty and anything could’ve been put inside my food because he was angry at something so I called back once again and the phone ringed ringed ringed no one picked up I hanged up the phone and proceeded to call again until someone answered to let them know I don’t want another one and to not come to my house! I don’t understand people if you don’t wanna work stay your ass home don’t take it out on the customers it wasn’t hard to just come get the food and correct my order in the beginning dominos is literally 3 mins...

You’re better off eating literally anywhere else. We placed an online order. After over an hour of waiting, we checked the status of our order and it showed that it was STILL not out for delivery. I then attempted to call and cancel the order, as it was getting late and I had work very early the next day. After 20 minutes of attempting to call the location and not receiving an answer, we got in the car and went over there. Literally less than a mile away but due to the weather and some plans we had, we didn’t want to go out so we figured delivery would be the better option. And it would’ve been. If we had ordered from anywhere but here. Upon arrival, they informed us that the delivery driver had JUST left with our food (a $36 order for a large pizza and some cinnamon twists). We then head back, right behind the delivery driver and pick up our food less than 5 minutes after the interaction at the storefront. The pizza was dry, overcooked and missing the Buffalo sauce we PAID to have added to it and all of our food was room temperature. DO NOT order anything from here. If I could give no stars, I would. Horrible service, mediocre food and outrageous wait times with no way to contact anyone at the place. Save yourself the time, energy and stress and just order somewhere else. You’re more likely to catch a McDonald’s with a working ice cream machine than to get any type of good food or...

I'm not really sure how good the pizza is at this location, but I had a horrible experience with their "customer service." My wife found a two-topping large $5.99 special on the website, but we were unable to find the special the next day when we were ready to order. I assumed the deal probably ended, but I decided to call to see if they were still offering it. The lady that answered the phone said yes, they still offered that deal. Then, she was struggling to find the deal in the computer system after I placed the order. She told me that her manager would be back shortly and would adjust the price, quoting around $18 and some change for the 3 pizzas for pick-up. When I arrived to pick up the pizza the manager told me the total would be $25 or $26-something....I said that is not what I was quoted. I asked if he would honor the quote after I drove here with the understanding I would pay much less for a great deal (that apparently didn't exist anymore). I then told him that I no longer wanted the pizzas if he would not honor the quote. He seemed okay with that as I was walked out and took my business elsewhere (Papa Johns). I hope this is not the standards of Domino's management. The store was completely empty during lunch time, and I now understand why. If I decide to ever give Domino's my business again, it will NOT be at...
