I usually enjoy Firehouse subs as they are spot on delicious and typically have plenty of meat in them. That changed this weekend when I paid for 2 party platters for my daughters birthday. I picked them up on Saturday as they were closed on Easter Sunday. Because of this the vegetables were not added and I had to put them together myself, which I agreed to do.
My problem is that I ordered a variety of meat sandwiches as well as vegetarian and was quite upset when I opened up some of the meat sandwiches. I attached a few pictures and I am sure one would agree it wasn’t worth the $100.00 I paid for them.
I’m pretty sure I’ll rely on Publix or subway from here on as far as the platters go.

I still have not received any formal response from Firehouse Subs other than the standard response my complaint is being reviewed by the appropriate management team.
I can only assume they don’t think there is a problem with the sandwiches I received. Wow!

Read moreIf I could give this location not one star that’s what it would be. Ordered online received an estimated pickup time, went to pickup my food and it was not ready. Was told by the manager after 30 minutes of waiting that somebody must have taken my food from the rack. He proceeds to walk away, no apology given. At this point the expectation would be that you begin to work my order to ensure great customer service. I was told that it would be an additional 10-15 minutes before my order was ready. This should be completed on a “fly” at this point. Once the order was finished they put my food on the rack instead of taking the time to bring it to me and apologize. Spoke to the manager which was a mistake because he acted as if he could careless that I had waited my entire lunch hour. Service from the manager...
Read moreI was in your store on capital circle Northwest by fantastic nails yesterday, Sunday August 28th. I was so disappointed. I ordered the Italian the small size. Ask for everything on it except mustard. The bread was hard it was ice cold like it had just come out of a cooler. I couldn't even see the mayonnaise on it there was so little. Had to ask for oil and vinegar so I could have something on the sandwich I could taste. The employees were less than enthusiastic about their jobs. I have never written a review for anyone before. But I have to say that was terrible. I wound up throwing the rest of the sandwich away. I have been to firehouse subs in the past and was never disappointed but yesterday took the cake for sure. Probably will be a very long time before I...
