I ordered twice in one week 2 number eight combos and both times the Dorito shells were stale. I called them in and told them about it then when I went to pick up a replacement order for both they gave me the regular number 8 without it being a supreme which was wrong. I ordered 6 Dorito taco supremes both times and wanted the same. After getting the replacement order these shells were stale again. I will not go there ever again since they are focused on keeping their cost down by selling out of date shells. They give Doritos a bad name and need to have the contract cut with the brand. I was an assistant manager at taco bell before and I know that food quality is one of the things we focused on but after covid I see many companies are money hungry and care less about the people and what they eat. I will be reaching out to corporate and Doritos who they partner with to set this straight and if it is not then the franchise will have some serious things to handle if they decide to stay in business with the same...
Read moreIf you go inside to order or inside to pick up an online order be prepared to stand there 20 to 30 minutes before anyone even com3s to the front to see what you want, been there several times in the last few weeks and same every time, placed an order to be picked up at 2 didn't get it until 2:30 took it to my grandson at work, 30 minutes of his lunch hour already gone, he ordered a veggie salad which doesn't meat, when he opened it to eat it had meat in it, i took it back and got a refund, so ge didn't have time to eat lunch, going thru drive thru gets you waited on quicker, but I ordered to pick up at 2 if I had gone through the drive thru it wouldn't have been ready, because when I finally got to ask somebody about the order they checked and said there were still 2 orders ahead of me that was at 2:10 and it was still another 20 minutes before I git the order, other people standing there waiting said they had been there anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes waiting, ...

After a last minute late night trip to Walmart it was alittle after 12am and I decided to walk over there before leaving and as I walked in the OPEN lobby door I was yelled at from behind the counter by the manager. Her name was Shenara and when I pulled the door her exact words as she held up her hand to motion for me to leave were "Oh uh uh....lobby closed " Really ?? I understand if it was closed but isnt a person in a management position supposed to know how to properly speak to customers? Not to mention maybe she should do her job AS A MANAGER and lock the doors at the correct time? I even understand if she forgot but she could have told me in a professional manner that the lobby was closed and I would have promptly left just like I did.
