Great Wall Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Tallahassee

I give it a negative 2 stars. I'm handicap and didnt drive to get my order of lomein and 4 chicken wings so I tried their delivery service. It added $6 to my order and Im like 2 miles away. They said 45 min to an hour, so I ordered at 7:58. The food got to me about 9:15. Clearly late, but the driver pleaded about the weather so I gave him the benefit of doubt but when I sat down to some cold chicken, I felt I didnt deserve to pay $18.12 for late cold food. I called immediate for a lady to tell me to call back tomorrow because the driver wasnt going to be back in time to help because they closed at 10:00. I had to microwave my chicken to make it eatable.I called the next day and was told that they needed the old food back in order to do anything. Wow, so I would have had to go hungry because your establishment charged me $6 to bring me cold food. They didnt care about my position or me as a customer. Me or my family will never eat at great wall again because of this experience. If you work hard for your money, take it to a deserving establishment, Greatwall does not care about...

I love chinese food. Coming from South Florida, I've only managed to find one place that's decent up here (China Delight), but Great Wall is hands down one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to. I'll also start off by saying that I NEVER take the time to write reviews, until now. Service was decent. My expectations if the food were low when I walked in the door. I figured, if its half decent, it'll be worth the $11 I spent. As if the rice, soup and veggies werent flavorless enough, the general tso's sauce was disgustingly thick and overdone. After being less than halfway into the dish, I bit into a lovely piece of breaded fat, spit it out and walked out. Feeling horrible, I had to pull over on the side of Tennessee and throw up. I love this place food when it’s made right, but today the owner took my order for the first time and was very rude. He kept over talking me and cutting me off. When I tried to ask how much the delivery fee was he thought I said something about food being too high, but when I corrected him and he took the time to listen he apologized for the misunderstanding. I still feel some kind of way because he was in to big of a hurry & I had just give him my card information. He didn’t want to give me a total just keep asking for card number over all my questions.
