This is the second time in a month that we visited this KFC. First time we went they asked us to pull ahead to wait for the food. We refused stating that there is always something wrong with the order and we have to drive back through the line and wait to get it corrected. The man who waited on us was mad because we wouldn't pull and he slammed the window shut and refused to come back to give us our food. Another coworker had to hand us our food. Tonight we went there again and watched while 4 vehicles ahead o DC us ordered their food, drove to the window and was handed their food right away. As soon as we pulled up, the same man who waited on us last time saw us and after we paid for the order he told the cashier to have us pull us to and wait for the meal to be brought out to us. We refused to pull up. They prepared both our box meal and our bucket meal simultaneously, handed the box meal to us out the window along with the drinks but walked the bucket meal outside and tried to force us to pull forward to pick it up from the same man who slammed the window on us during the first trip. Again I refused to pull up. The man finally walked back in with the food and handed it to us through the window. When we asked to speak to the manager he replied that he was the manager. We told him we would be contacting corporate since his actions tonight were in retaliation for us not pulling ahead on our last visit. A pick up window is just that. A window that they provide you service through. This is the rudest KFC that we have ever been to and there will not be a 3rd time for us to be disrespected by employees who severely lack customer service skills. Read morePurchase chicken on the 19th of this month wanted to have two wings to short thighs. I was told they had no dark meat in the house. So Took what they had, which was wings. I’ve always enjoyed at Kentucky Fried chicken but this day the chicken was old. Didn’t realize it till after I got home called spoke with manager asked that I bring it back. I did the audit. It was still not correct at all short thighs, it was supposed to be a full piece with coleslaw. The chicken was old. We went over the order again and again before I left I did not check the order again, but we discussed the order with one of the workers there and just knew that my order was correct so I called back and spoke with the manager on the 20th. He asked that I come in on the 21st not the 22nd to have it replaced again Today we get someone else that states that they’re with the general manager and that I will not get anything back after I explained to them I did not want any more of the chicken because it was not good. I’m still waiting for a call from the manager who was noted to be Mr. Eddie. Apparently he was not there today very dissatisfied very displeased with the services that I received from Kentucky Fried chicken today and I would advise no one else to go there within my family. Read moreI'm giving you guys a 1 Star on January 5, 2025 @ 5:00 pm the KFC on 4650 West Tennessee St Tallahassee FL, your drive thru person was very rude and disrespectful and when I told him that he didn't ask me if I wanted original or crispy chicken that was the first strike he got mad and then I told him I wanted dark meat with mash potatoes and gravy when I look in the bag I told him that the order was wrong and there was no mash potatoes and gravy just mash potatoes and he said what is the problem!!!! Like for real!!!! I told him that I was coming inside because I work to hard for my money to have someone disrespecting me when I'm paying their salary. When I went inside I ask for the manager and she look at me and walk off how rude of her the other lady that works there told me that she was sorry I told her that the manager is rude just like some of the employees I told her I just wants my money back and that I will not be coming back to this KFC ever again. I have never been so disrespectful from any food companies in my 63 years. I have work for a good company before but never have I ever disrespected a customer because they are the ones paying our salary's. The manager needs to be trained.
