McDonald's — Restaurant in Tallahassee

This is the worst McDonalds on the planet. The staff is consistently rude, they always get orders either wrong or not made at all unelss you go up to the desk and remind them that you and your order exist. I've seen loud fights between employees where they cuss at one another. However, the tipping scale was tonight, where they gave me a wrong order, and refused to refund me or make my actual order. I had paid for 5 cheeseburgers, two sodas, and a filet of fish for my cast and crew of a TV series we shoot here in Tallahasssee. By the time I got to our set to give everyone their food, I saw that they had only given me 2 burgers and fries. I took a picture and returned to the store, and showed them my receipt the picture of the wrong order. They refused to remake my order without the bag, which is a ridiculous request when they were the ones that made a mistake and wanted me to drive back to my set and get the bag of disgusting fast food back to this horrendous establishment to receive the food I originally paid for, so they kicked me out, since it was late hours and all the drunks were occupying the space, and the cop kicked me out because I did not want to leave without my correct order. Everyone in this establishment should either be fired or inspected thoroughly, I am never visiting this or any McDonalds again. This staff...

My previous review from 9 months ago: 99% sure this place is being run by three drunk toddlers in a trench coat. Actually, 3 drunk toddlers in a trench coat would be faster and more polite. Easier to get a parking spot at FSU during finals week than it is to get a McChicken in under an hour here.

My July 2022 Review: I'll give it one more star. This McDonald's has improved a lot throughout the year. It seems like they replaced all of the employees and management because everyone's a little nicer, and you definitely don't wait in line for over an hour anymore. I would say the average time is 5-15 minutes now. A homeless lady tapped on my window in the drive-thru there at night once, but when I screamed at her for scaring me she went away. She was the second one that night. That's kind of a normal thing for this plaza though.

I was planning to add three stars but redacted it because I will say I apologized to one guy at the second window because I thought I might've scratched his hand with my nail and he proceeded to flirt with me in the creepiest way I've ever experienced from a restaurant/store employee. I definitely did not enjoy being asked if I liked liquor from some random dude at 11 AM, while buying chicken nuggets, so yeah that's it for me...

Have ordered 4 times now from them the same order 4 of chicken nuggets kids meal with the Minecraft movie toys and every time they say my order is right then I get it and it's nontoynand apple slices I work at a security booth I can't leave to get my stuff and I specifically paid for that toy set and you can't even get a simple kids meal right I am sorry I know how fast food is especially working 24 hour stores I did it for burger King and Taco Bell and McDonald's as well but that is no excuse to make a child upset because you could not be bothered to put a toy in or let the door dash know they don't have the toys don't just mess a order up because you don't care find a new job if that's the case worst service I have ever gotten before and I been eating McDonald's for 17 years and this is the location I been hitting for last several months since it's closer to work but it's not worth wasting my money here if the employees don't care enough to get a little kid there kids meal made right and spending almost 7 bucks on a kids meal is already highway robbery but I pay because I loved this place as a...
