I've been here twice, but the second visit was what really got me. When we arrived, I saw a baby bird hopping around the front, and I decided to take a look while the rest of the family went inside. When I got closer, I noticed it still had it's down feathers, and it couldn't fly. After following it around a bit, I managed to catch it, and got my parent's attention. We brought it up to the staff, who called an animal shelter and prepared a basket to put it in. It was lucky too, because just minutes later a storm blew through, with winds strong enough to blow a chair from the apartment block across the street down the driveway. Read moreI would probably not mark a star at all. I am a FSU alumni. My family was here visiting from New York and wanted some FSU merchandise. We went to this location (W Pensacola) on 5/28. The customer service was so HORRIBLE they didn't purchase anything. We walked into the store down the stairs by the registers and back. There were two male employees there, one folding shirts and one just walking around NOT ONCE were we greeted or asked if we needed assistance. Maybe you need to hire some people that are use to assisting a more diverse group which FSU represents. Will never visit this location again.
