I lived here for two years and would agree with rent being to high. Also, management is extremely poorly run. If you thought cable companies yielded high hidden fees guess again. They are the kings of unreasonable fees. I was charged 75$ for throwing my trash near the trash can since it was already full. They then charged my over 80$ because I left a rapper in my room and forgot to dust the window when I moved out. They also charged me nearly 300$ to replace my carpet that had no damages what so ever. They claimed that because I had a "service animal" the carpet had to be replaced (not stated in the lease or anywhere nor was I informed of this matter when signing the service dog form). The manager then "miss placed" my service dog contract to try and make me pay the fee off of technicallity; little do they know I have a copy. The manager even accused me of not paying fees with previous complexs and how I have been a problem with other places; stating that I was a horrible tenant at other locations... although I have never lived anywhere other than here. Never move here, save your money, and avoid unreasonable abusive fees. It's disgusting how they would do this to me or anyone. Horrible...

Helpful management, great location, and very efficient maintenance if anything is broken. However this complex comes with a lot of faults, the walls in the units are extremely thin so you will hear everything from outside and the living room, management conducts constant unnecessary room/unit inspections, lack of available parking, the building has switched all the locks to a system called GeoKey which you need to access through your phone (if your phone has died or has no internet you cannot access the building), cleaned my unit prior to move-out and still was personally was charged over $100 in cleaning fees. Overall, my experience at this locations started strong but quickly diminished throughout my time...

I lived here the whole year it’s a small building and you get to know all the employees. However, when we moved out, we were charged a move-out fee along with many others. They also billed two of my roommates extra unnecessary fees. Still feels like just another college landlord trying to take your money.

Expect extra fees at move-out here even if you leave the place clean. We were sent a photo of dust behind the dryer and a mark on the outside of the fridge as “proof.” We wiped everything down, and I personally scrubbed the island before I left, but they were being very, very picky.
