I'm assuming this location was short-staffed and training a new employee at the drive-thru. The wait in line was about 30 minutes. Then when we finally made it to the speaker, it was another almost 5 minutes before we were greeted to make our order, hence why I say I believe they were short-staffed. The girl taking our order had to say "Hold on" a couple times and then repeat our order again, which is why I believe she was new. We only ordered 2 Big Box N' More meals.
When we got to the window and received our order, we had to mention that we were short a drink (1 out of 2). Then, after leaving, we discovered that we did not receive dipping sauce for our tenders (even though we stated which flavors and the girl repeated them back to confirm), and were also without the apple pies that were supposed to come with the meals.
The food was delicious and although they seemed exhausted (probably overworked and underpaid as usual in fast food), the employees we interacted with were still pleasant and thanked us for our business. I would visit this location again, and I would have given 5 stars if we weren't missing the sauces...

There is always a long wait, which is fine if they're truly busy, but it's usually partially due to the fact that the employees just don't care. One time, with about 8 cars in front of me, it took me 50 minutes to reach the ordering screen, another 10 minutes for them to take my order. When I pulled up to the window, I realized that there was one person who was taking an order and then preparing it themselves and not taking the next order until that person had gotten their food. They were understaffed for sure which wasn't the employees fault, but the employee was also joking around with the person who was sweeping front of house and took an additional 10 minutes to make the order which could have been done in much less. They are also frequently out of things and often times my food seems like it has been sitting out for a while. I don't expect a Michelin star experience and I'd stop there again if I really was craving some popeyes and had an hour and a half to kill, but I wouldn't go here...
Read moreThis Popeye's location has horrible customer service. I thought I would give them a second chance since I had only been here once prior. However, I will not come back again. I entered the lobby to wait at least 5 mins before anyone even acknowledged my presence. The cashier finally came and stood at the register and just looked at me...no greeting or even may I take your order. I had to actually greet her in which there was no response back. She seemed as if she was lackadaisical in taking my order and could care less. I waited for my food to come and then instead of handing my food directly to me she places the bag on top of the tea canister which was actually a bit out of my reach. The sad thing is the woman who is the manager was present but I guess if leadership and training is lacking, then you can't expect employees to display anything different. If someone has had a good experience here, I'm glad for them. It just has not been my experience, but I am hopeful other locations offer much better service and know how to treat...
